The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the only thing that our washroom cost you to swallow the water very much, it must be a little locked and the shower was out of the door. We went in low season and we could leave the car in your private parking. Repeat 100%

The location is very convinient and the personel were friendly, but the management was too strict. We got 4 bed room with our trip.com reservation for a family four, but they wanted to charge extra 30 euros, claiming that our 16 year old dauther cannot be considered as child, even though I showed them a confirmed reservation form trip.com for a 3 adult and 1 child (in trip.com page under 18 year old kids are considered as child). They said they would give a discount of 3 Euros out of 30 Euros, showing a sympathy! We accepted to pay 27 Euros not to waste our short vacation time. But, then, they charged 3 more Euros at the check out time, saying that is for the tax and they forgot about it! The two beds for our son and dauther were sofas, not comfortable. The airconditioners were not cooling enough. The room quality is not for a 4-star hotel, barely 3-star hotel.

I don’t normally write reviews but feel I need to for this holiday. Originally I had paid to stay in the cleopatra superior and requested that I had a pool view room, the hotel advised this wasn’t possible but could accommodate at the kris Marie so we said ok. On check in it was very regimental, €15 for tax which was fine for 10 days if you wanted the air con and safety deposit box that was an extra €110 euro. We decided not to have air con and to be honest it was fine with the door open. Room was basic with 2 single beds which were rock hard like laying on a slab of wood, one pillow given which was flat also. We had a room that had a new shower which was powerful but the drains were awful. You could smell the drainage and it was dreadful. One power socket in the room for your use so if you go take an extension lead or you’ll be stuck. The pool area well what can we say about that, I was there for ten days and never ONCE did I see it get cleaned after a days use. The guy on the pool bar didn’t acknowledge you if you weren’t pretty or wearing a bikini. Reception staff are lovely as are the cleaners. On the last day if you wanted to keep your room on it was €120 which is ridiculous . Did I enjoy my holiday in Kardamena? YES would I stay here again? NO
Kos Aktis Art Hotel
4.4/545 Reviews
Kos Aktis Art Hotel is a reasonably priced hotel that provides an unparalled sea view and comfort with a really kind and helpful front desk staff like Sofia. Breakfast served in the open air dining room right by the edge of the sea is delectable with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. And the hotel is within easy walking distance to all the major attractions like the old town as well as the ferry port. Stay at Kos Aktis was truly a pleasant experience.
KoSea Boutique Hotel

We have just returned from a 10-day stay at Kosea Boutique Hotel and were quite impressed overall. The hotel's location is ideal, situated right across from the sea and just a 5-10 minute walk to numerous bars, restaurants, and entertainment options. We stayed in a deluxe double room with a sea view and terrace, where we enjoyed both the sunrise and sunset. Before arriving, we were concerned about the size of the bathroom, based on some reviews. However, we found it to be adequate. While the bathroom only has a shower and toilet, with the sink located in the room, it was sufficient for our needs as a young couple. The room was well-equipped with necessary amenities including toiletries, towels, bathrobes, tea, and instant coffee. There was also a coffee machine with two coffee pods provided upon arrival. However, additional pods cost 1.5 euros each, which seemed a bit excessive, though the instant coffee was replenished almost daily. One minor issue was the broken magnifying mirror, which had cracks all over it. Cleanliness was generally excellent, but there were a few instances where our mugs were left unwashed, instant coffee was not restocked, or slippers were not replaced despite being left out with dirty towels. We had mentioned our anniversary several times before arrival, but this was not acknowledged at any point, which was disappointing. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious hot and cold options that kept us satisfied throughout our stay. We opted for the Bed & Breakfast plan, which turned out to be the right choice given the many great dining options nearby. Service at the hotel was adequate, though not exceptional. Staff were polite but did not go out of their way to make us feel particularly welcome. Check-in was straightforward, but during check-out, we were only told ”thanks, bye” and directed to the luggage storage room without any inquiry about our stay. No assistance with luggage was offered at any point. While waiting in the lobby for our airport transfer, it would have been nice to have access to water or some form of refreshment. We ended up buying water from a nearby shop as no one checked on us. Overall, Kosea Boutique Hotel is a nice place with beautiful rooms and a fantastic location. However, as a boutique hotel, it could benefit from more attention to detail and improved staff training. Despite being rated as a 4-star hotel, it didn't quite live up to that standard in terms of service and amenities.

Came back in first week in August from this amazing family run hotel . They can’t do enough for you . Breakfast is basic but it’s enough . The area has little around it . Jim’s shop over the road has all essentials you need . Hotel serve lunch but if you’re not a big eater share meals and that’s everywhere as they are really big portions .. it’s short walk to be beach which is lovely but would advise swim shoes as stoney . From the main road turn right and a short walk you come to antionos this was by far the best place to eat other places nice but this definitely the best . Service amazing and all food was really tasty. I was in a group of 9 and we all agreed . We ate lunch and dinner there and views amazing . I wouldn’t say much to do for older kids unless was in to water sports . We walked about half hour to get to the main restaurant and shops but was 3 shops nothing major . The bus to the water later is really handy as outside hotel on the main road bit takes 40 mins worth it as kids loved it . I would return but without kids . Hotel was really clean and very well run nothing to complain about at all we did really enjoy being there
