"Geçtiğimiz hafta sonu bu otelde konakladık ve çok mutlu ayrıldık. Otel odaları son derece temiz ve modern döşenmişti. Yataklar çok rahattı çatı katını tercih ettik. Personel inanılmaz derecede nazik ve yardımcıydı; her ihtiyacımıza anında yanıt verdiler. Özellikle resepsiyon ekibi çok misafirperverdi. Kahvaltı büfesi çeşit açısından çok zengindi ve her şey taze ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu da oldukça merkeziydi, şehirde gezip görmek istediğimiz yerlere kolayca ulaşabildik. Ayrıca otelin sunduğu spa hizmetlerinden de faydalandık ve çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Hem iş seyahatleri hem de tatil için mükemmel bir seçenek. "The hotel is perfectly located on the river, quiet, yet close to the city center. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is generous. The staff is friendly. The internet connection is poor in room 210, which must be too far from the modem. There is no meal service or alcohol sales, but you can order or bring in from outside. Brochures on nearby attractions would be welcome in the lobby. We had a very pleasant stay despite these small shortcomings."

"This is a gem of a location, with an amazing ambiance. A former caravanserai, the decorating of this hotel is opulent. While the rooms are not that big, the decor more than makes up for it. Original stone walls, large chandeliers, beautiful kilm carpets in the rooms. We were talking and wanted to pack the carpets in our luggage and take them home! The bathrooms are decorated with outstanding tiles and colour scheme. While it wasn't very big, it was properly lit and and warm. it's possible to walk down the hill to the centre of town, where we visited a tea shop and sat outside drinking chai. The breakfast was modest for a buffet but tasty and adequate. I would recommend that the hotel staff be a bit more hospitable, especially those who work the front desk. They should greet the visitors, and not just ignore them when they arrive, even if it's after check in. "

"The hotel is generally fine. However, the room for two adults is extremely cramped. It's essentially a single room with an extra folding bed, like in a hospital. So, the hotel staff thinks that an adult on vacation, having paid for a good room, can easily make do with an extra bed next to the bathroom door, which, by the way, is impossible to access because of the bed. The service at breakfast was also disappointing. You have to wait almost an hour for a subpar breakfast and tea. It was very frustrating to see them trying to cut corners on you."
