I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very central, which made it easy to get everywhere. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They were always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. The complimentary treats and the breakfast were excellent, everything was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent stay
The room was clean and spacious. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Geçtiğimiz hafta sonu bu otelde konakladık ve çok mutlu ayrıldık. Otel odaları son derece temiz ve modern döşenmişti. Yataklar çok rahattı çatı katını tercih ettik. Personel inanılmaz derecede nazik ve yardımcıydı; her ihtiyacımıza anında yanıt verdiler. Özellikle resepsiyon ekibi çok misafirperverdi. Kahvaltı büfesi çeşit açısından çok zengindi ve her şey taze ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu da oldukça merkeziydi, şehirde gezip görmek istediğimiz yerlere kolayca ulaşabildik. The hotel is in a very central location, the rooms are clean, the room sizes are sufficient. The lobby is also a cafe and offers you the opportunity to have a pleasant and comfortable time at any time of the day. However, the biggest plus of the hotel is its staff. Especially Mr. Hakkı, Ms. Elif, Mr. Gökhan, Mr. Emir and all the other employees whose names I forget are incredibly friendly, helpful in every way and they make you feel that you are in a pleasant and quality place. I am coming to Kars for the first time, I wanted to choose corporate and I am glad I did. They made me experience the Dedeman comfort here as we experienced everywhere. The warmth, sincerity, cheerfulness and finishing of the staff were wonderful. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms were very good. My first visit but it will not be the last, I will definitely prefer Qrista managed by Dedeman every time I come. Thank you for everything

3 gece konaklama yaptığım Qrista by Dedeman’dan son derece memnun kaldım. Personellerin hepsi inanılmaz yardımcı. Kahvaltısı bence dışarıda Kars kahvaltısı veren yerlere gitmeyi gerektirmeyecek kadar iyiydi. Odalar temiz ve düzenli ancak biraz küçük içeride hareket alanı kısıtlı kalıyor.
