"The front desk staff was kind when I checked in, but the female staff whispered things to the front desk staff while I was checking in, or went to the back to check something, which was unpleasant. I made a reservation on a travel site with the number of guests and children sleeping with them, so it was disappointing. Also, the coin laundry dryer didn't have a time display, and it took hours for the staff to come and pick it up, so I think they should take measures to deal with this."
