Beach and area around the hotel was poorly maintained and damaged. Could not walk on beach due to heavy accumupation of debris. Beach front surfaces were hazardous

I think the quality of service and facilities are on par with business hotels. I understand that rooms facing the sea are expensive, but I think rooms facing the mountain are too expensive. I think the added value is that the breakfast is good, but the amount you can eat at a buffet is limited unless you're a big eater, so I don't think that's a big reason for the high price. A group of high school students was also staying there, so the hot springs were very crowded.

Das Essen ist hervorragend und das Personal absolut liebenswert. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Traumstrand von Shimoko. Von ein paar Surfern abgesehen waren wir die einzigen, die Ende September bei ca. 25 Grad Wassertemperatur gebadet haben. Vom Gemeinschaftsbad im 4. Stock aus kann man die ganze Bucht überblicken. Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen, dann kann man Nachts die Fischer mit ihren hellen Lampen auf dem Meer sehen.
