The natural hot spring water here is top-tier. We get almost 24-hour access to the relaxing indoor and outdoor baths (rotenburo). Soaking under the stars after a long day of exploring was pure bliss. Prime Location: It is incredibly convenient—just a flat, easy 7-minute walk from Hakone-Yumoto Station. No need to haul heavy bags up steep hills. The service is warm, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms are beautifully kept, offering that authentic, peaceful ryokan vibe. Traditional Japanese Breakfast. Dinner is a multi-course, traditional Kaiseki feast served right in the restaurant, which beautifully overlooks the illuminated evening garden."

"Fantastic location next to Gora Station with easy access to Gotemba premium outlets via bus& Cablecar to Lake Ashi. Kaiseki breakfast and dinners were thoughtfully planned and different each meal. So many free snacks and food at different timings. Private outdoor onsen was wonderful as well. Note: you have to queue for any of the 3 huts. Only thing we didn’t like was having to shower outdoors and the dated toto bidet. Other than that, perfect 2 night stay at Hakone."

The living room was spacious enough for several people to sleep, which was perfect for our elderly family members, ensuring everyone got an undisturbed rest. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious Kaiseki meals, served right in our room. They even included a plum aperitif. The portions were incredibly generous – we were all absolutely stuffed! The onsen water was continuously circulating and refreshed, ensuring it was very clean. We could soak with complete peace of mind."
