After reading the evaluation, some are not very good. As soon as I get to the front desk, I feel that this will be a good hotel. The Japanese-style room is large, divided into rooms, outside, small tea room, balcony, and the sleeping table can sleep six people at night. The entrance is the bathroom and the bathroom, as well as the washstand, which is small but adequate. Before looking at other hotels, there are tatami rooms marked as public baths. This should be better. The room was very clean and had a characteristic tatami scent. It is the glue of the sink is not very good, and it can feel old. Dinner is a fixed meal, tofu, steak, soup, eggplant, dessert, fruit, not much amount, and it is full after eating. Inadequacies, chopsticks are used in one-off, low-grade, tea is teabags. Breakfast is self-service, Japanese and Western, and things are not particularly good, but they are delicious. On the first floor is a public hot spring, divided into male soup and female soup. I went twice and didn't touch anyone else. Like private soup, the female soup is two indoor pools, one outdoor pool, and the outdoor is more comfortable and breathable. gosh. The shortcoming is that it is still a little far away from the soup. There is only one K bus at the door. In addition to more than nine o'clock, there are more than one o'clock, and the other hour is half an hour. It is gone at five o'clock in the afternoon. Overall, it is the most satisfying hotel for this trip to Japan.

The apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from Hakone Yumoto station. Check in instructions was easy. The rooms were big and comfortable. Kitchen was a useful size, only thing is the ports and pans were slightly dirty.

A wooden built secluded inn with 7 rooms. Our tempura from buffet dinner is very popular.

The cabin has 3 rooms, fully equipped and very clean. The surrounding environment is good and very quiet. I will choose here next time I come to Hakone for a holiday, I like it!

Stayed for one night and enjoyed the onse. The onse was man and woman separate. Further there is the possibility for a private onse. Make sure to ask for a private onse with a good view out.

Hotel Indigo was recommended to us by a co-worker. She raved about how much she enjoy her stay, so we decided to visit for our Anniversary. We loved everything about this hotel from check in to check out, everything was amazing. The hotel staff always made us feel welcome, by greeting us (by name most of the time) whenever we were out and about in the hotel. Hannah checked us in. She was nice and provided us with information about the area. We had the breakfast included in our stay. The restaurant manager Koji-san was awesome. While not a picky eater, I do like my eggs cooked a certain way...lol.. On the first day of breakfast, my eggs were not cooked to my liking. When my plate was taken, Koji-san noticed that I did not eat my eggs. He immediately came to our table and inquired about the eggs. I told him that they were too soft for me. He apologized and asked if I had enough to eat and said that he would like to try again the next morning. I thought this was such a kind gesture. For the next 4 days, my eggs were cooked exactly how I like them. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It is a bit pricey, but the chef is very good. The salmon and asparagus were my favorites. Our anniversary was on the 22nd and we received a call from the front desk asking if they could bring us a gift for our anniversary. They brought us an assortment of sweet treats, which we enjoyed with a cup of tea. Very sweet. Our room was spacious, clean with the perfect temperature. The television was the largest that I have seen a Japanese hotel. Our room was on the riverside with a private outdoor onsen. While relaxing in the onsen, you can hear the calming sounds of the river. There is also a foot soak in the garden area. it was a bit to cold outside for me, so I didn't get to enjoy it on this stay. The hotel was cleaned thoroughly and safety precautions were taken. All of staff wore masks and for breakfast, we were provided with gloves to get continental items from the buffet. All tables were wiped down immediately after a party left and were socially distanced. The hotel is in close proximity to just about everything. During our 5 day stay, we visited The Open Air Museum, the Venetian Glass Garden, Gora Park, and The Red Gate of Peace. We will definitely be returning and look forward to our next stay in the Spring.

Very satisfying with lots of freebies ( free ice-cream from 2pm to 11pm to choose from, free coffee n GREAT ENVIRONMENT. It is MOST recommended Onsen Hotel.
