The hotel is in a square, it is especially convenient to eat and go shopping, the hotel has its own restaurant bar, the service is very good. The room was very clean and large. The halls, stairs, and corridors are decorated with pictures of Rolex watches, as well as trophies. I don't know if it is a collection or has something to do with this brand. Walk a few hundred meters to the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Flowers. There are a lot of shopping and eating in the surrounding alleys. I like it very much. The hotel has a paid parking lot and can park on behalf of you. The waiter will also help you with your luggage and the service is very good.

The hotel is not far from the train station. In fact, not only in Florence, but also in many cities in Italy, there are a large number of hotels next to the train station. And their train stations are in the city center, not far from the attractions. So it doesn't matter far. I went through the hotel in the process of looking for this store. It is said to have been converted from a monastery. It feels so. It is this feeling in the corridor, but there is no musty that the previous guests said. When I arrived at the room, the overall feeling was still very old, but the facilities were very modern. It feels very comfortable. Breakfast is also very rich. Personal feeling is quite satisfactory.

The front desk is enthusiastic, we only have very small suitcases, they will also help deliver them upstairs, and also introduce the room facilities. The room is clean and there is a kettle. The location of the hotel is easy to find, just by the river, a five-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi, and also within walking distance of Michelangelo Square. 20 minutes walk from the railway station. However, the roads in Florence are not easy to follow. It is recommended that friends with large luggage go directly by taxi. If it rains, you can borrow umbrellas from the hotel reception for free. The only downside is that the breakfast in Picture 1 is too hard for the bacon to bite.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for Epiphany with the whole family, we are two parents with two children. We had a great time and will definitely be back! The hotel is wonderful in an evocative setting, along the Arno, it is also very close to the Ufizzi, the old bridge and the center. The staff is extremely kind and hospitable. For us it has become a place of the heart! Absolutely to try !!! ♥ ️

I hate to write bad reviews but I have to be honest. The hotel staff was great. The room was small but that is understandable. After all, we were in walking distance to Florence! After our afternoon exploring, we came back to the hotel to rest up for the next day. And then the nightmare began. The reason our room was so small was because when they designed the hotel, they simply placed the elevator inside the room and then surrounded the elevator shaft with drywall. Since we were on the top floor, we could not only hear the elevator going up and down, we got to hear the mechanics of the wheels and pulleys at the top of the elevator. When I complained, I was told that there were no other rooms available. I hate to say that I did not handle the situation very well, and I apologize for that, but I would NOT recommend this hotel, as you might end up sleeping with the elevator.

We found this hotel at the last minute following a plane cancellation. From reading the other reviews we were quite worried, but it was well decorated, in a great location and the reception team were very helpful. They even pointed out that we had booked a room without a/c (the last room in Florence available for under 500 euros) in case we wanted to cancel. As it happened there was a powerful fan and we slept well even though mid twenties outside. The bedroom had nice decor - the only downside was the bathroom was dated and smelt damp. It was clean enough. I am not sure I would stay here for a romantic break but for a couple of nights in a decent location, absolutely fine!

Location - convenient distance to visit the old city and the largest attractions of Florence. The area is quiet and quiet. Before the hotel there were many free public paid parking spaces.
Cleanness
The room was cleaned quite well, but the equipment, walls and floors are not long-changed/renovated.
Support
The reception was open when we arrived at about 14, but at night and at night there was no one. There is only information with the phone number with the message to contact in emergency cases.
Comforts.
Air conditioning is very poor - we were just in the heat and it turned out that the air conditioning in our room is ineffective. After the announcement we received another room where the climate worked better, however, we still failed to cool the room to low temperatures.
In the second room, the shower looked like a small sailing boat (before the toilet muscle itself, so you could take a shower on the seating ...).

EEmma HBooked this hotel having stayed at the Room Mate Aitana in Amsterdam. Were choosing between this hotel and their sister hotel in Florence but, booking quite late, this one was cheaper and included breakfast. It's a lovely little hotel in a fairly quiet street just on the edge of the main tourist attractions. Staff incredibly friendly, pointing out all of the key sites on the map so that we could easily find our way around. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. As someone who often struggles with light seeping in to hotel rooms I appreciated the darkness of the corridors, and the windows of our room had shutters and black out blinds. I also struggle to sleep with the noise of air con in my room, but this one was so quiet we had no problem. The breakfast was better than I expected, with a great variety to choose from, and served until midday. It looks like it could do with a refurb in certain places but it looks like this is underway as the bar was closed for refurbishment while we were there. Not sure if it was because of this but there were free soft drinks and beer that you could take to your room from reception and the wine in the room was reasonably priced. Another good Room Mate experience.

Tucked away of the city tourist center, this little Villa gives you plenty of rest after a full day at sightseeing. At 10/15 mts by foot, you'll find yourself on the center, so don't think that it's located really away. The Villa has everything you'll need to rest, the rooms are so comfortable and the breakfast was perfect to start the day. Near by there is supermarket and cozy restaurants (Trattoria Acquotta is a must!), and you'll find yourself at home and ease while visiting this lovely city. The hostess at this Villa was so nice and always looking for your best comfort. Don't think twice, book this Villa for your holidays :)

GGuest UserWe spent 3 night in 3 different cities on our trip. This was our favorite hotel on our trip. Beds were super comfy and the place was very clean. The staff went above and beyond for us as we asked for recommendations for restaurants and they made reservations for us and sent us text messages once they were confirmed. The best part about this place is the courtyard. Gorgeous. We would grab a drink at the bar and then go out to the courtyard to enjoy it. There is a hot tub out there as well but we did not use it. Bartenders were all very friendly. The location is perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but more than close enough to walk to everything, which we did. No need for public transportation to get to and from the hotel. High recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel couldn’t be better. Participants have their own apartment which comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Even if you are on your own, pop for a one bedroom for a extra room. This is especially nice for a long stay. I had a room on the ground level. It opened up to the patio which has a nice sitting area and tables and chairs. I often took my lunch out there, or a drink after a hard day touring in historic Florence. People do smoke out there, but not very much. The rooms are clean, clean, clean and there is housekeeping service every three days. Linens are bright white. The property is located a block away from the T2 Tram Line which gets to the historic area in about 10 minutes. I would stay here again.

I really cannot emphasize this one enough -- the gentleman at the front desk was absolutely lovely and both the woman who ran breakfast and the woman who cleaned the rooms were so nice. We were able to check in a bit early because our room was ready. We were able to leave our bags when we checked out since our train was later. The hotel has an excellent varied breakfast and plenty of tables. Nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds. Everything feels new and updated. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Good wifi and air conditioning The roof terrace was a bonus. Good location--5 minute walk to station and within 15 minute walk of almost every attraction in the city. Putting everything else aside, the combination of staff, breakfast and location make it easy to recommend this hotel. Disliked · The only negative was the size of the room and bathroom. Both were quite tight for 4 people. The beds were well laid out and a good closet area provided, but once 4 suitcases and backpacks were in there, there wasn't much room to move around. Same with the bathroom. Also tough that there was no backboard to the bed, so not comfortable to spend a lot of time in the room -- which we had to because of the extreme heat. All of this said, for a 2 night stay we were comfortable enough, especially considering all the positives.

HhumblezDuomo is undeniably impressive, but its placement in the middle of the neighborhood makes the area feel cramped and overwhelming. The surrounding streets are narrow, and with such a massive building dominating the center, it almost feels like the space is suffocating. It’s as if the cathedral is forcing itself into an area that’s too small to contain it.If you prefer more open spaces, I recommend exploring further away from the center. You’ll have more space to enjoy without feeling boxed in.

Hopefully this helps anyone thinking of visiting. There was a lovely square outside where all the people without tickets were hanging out, looking for something else to do!
