"the hotel is clean, modern and has good location as the tram is right outside. everything was great except that all my jewellery were stolen while i left my room to roam around the city. all my jewellery was worth at least Eur 3,000. i left them in a box which was placed in my luggage since there was no safe in my room. but when i came back to the room after a whole day out, all the jewellery were gone. the hotel managers were helpful initially, saying they would investigate and compensate me for my loss. but after i gave them all the receipts and credit card transactions of those items which were stolen from me, the managers just ignored my emails despite me trying to ask them for any updates on the progress of my case. at the very least, they could show me the cctv and allowed me to talk to the cleaner/staffs entering my room while i was away but that didn’t happen. i dont even know what is going on now that im already back to my home country, and the hotel did not even bother to update me anything even though they promised to investigate and compensate. hopefully, someone fm the hotel could see this and get back to me please! im honestly traumatised, nvr expected that my stuffs could be stolen right inside my room in a reputable hotel."

"The hotel was very clean and hygienic. It's conveniently located right next to the station. The service was great, and check-in was very quick and efficient. There are large supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you'll never go hungry, even if you return late at night. I would definitely recommend staying here again."

"We were starting to get fed up with city centre hotels during our month-long European trip so decided on Hu Firenze Camping in Town. This would be a new experience for us. Getting there from the main train station was pretty easy. Hu Firenze messaged accurate and easy instructions to get the 14B bus from outside the station near Burger King. The bus took about 15 minutes and dropped off right outside the entrance to Hu Firenze. The journey is €1.50 paid by credit/debit card tap and go. Reception was friendly and efficient. Throughout our 3-night stay, everyone was very friendly and professional. There was a small supermarket with prices similar to other small supermarkets. The onsite restaurant is not a typical campsite cafe, but offers great coffee and food. We had breakfast there each day and pizza on the last night. The pizza was amazing. There are three pools with lots of sunbeds, laundry, showers for people camping or in RVs. We had a mid-level bungalow as we had intended just to sleep there. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The air-conditioning was new. There is a fridge. The beds were comfortable and we ended up sleeping really well every night. Probably the best thing was the vibe. Everyone was so friendly and talked to you. There were so many cute dogs with friendly owners. We will be staying here next time and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in the heart of a beautiful region."

The amenities offered were more than sufficient, making the stay comfortable. I particularly appreciated the kitchen area, which allowed for some light cooking. The breakfast provided was decent, with a good selection to start the day. The neighborhood around Popartment was quiet and serene, which made for peaceful evenings, yet it was conveniently close to restaurants and shops. A short walk to the tram stop made it easy to access the city's main attractions, and the nearby establishments provided a variety of options for dining and shopping. The one area where improvement could be made is with housekeeping. While it’s understandable that the room isn't cleaned daily, I would recommend at least providing a service to take away the trash regularly. Overall, Popartment is a solid choice for anyone looking for a spacious, well-located, and peaceful stay in Florence."

"Distant from Florence train station to hotel is far 40min. Bus service also not reliable. Hotel only provide half day service before 2pm. Guest in the hotel is loud at night. There no aircon working in the hotel due the outside weather 16c. We have to open window to get cold air in. Unfortunately it make the room noise unbearable because of the traffic car outside facing the window. Mosquito appear in the room at night. So please request for repellent."

Travelers who use the airport have a greater advantage than hotels near tourist attractions. ＜Price＞ Compared to hotels near tourist attractions, it has an advantage in terms of price, and the surrounding marts are also cheap. ＜Facility＞ It is managed perfectly as a four-star hotel. There are no broken facilities, and the shower temperature is warm. Breakfast is American Buffet-style, and the handmade cake is delicious. ＜Service＞ Service is fast and motivated. When we arrived, some problems occurred, but the hotel actively solved and compensated us. Anyone can make a mistake, and I think, we can see the true value in solving it. ＜Comprehensive Evaluation＞I appreciate the enthusiasm and authenticity of this hotel."

"The Hoxton Florence was a great experience! The comfiest bed and pillow. So happy about that. Friendly service upon arrival and smooth check in. Location was a bit of a walk but do-able and gave us a chance to explore the areas. On the plus side it kept us away from the touristy areas and people. The neighbourhood around the hotel was clean and there were some nice local coffee shops / bakeries for breakfast. I recommend the Hoxton Florence and would stay again."

"⭐⭐☆☆☆ 2/5 Nice room, but hidden fees and disappointing location The room itself was beautiful — clean, stylishly decorated, and comfortable for a solo traveller, even if it was a little smaller than expected. So credit where it’s due: the physical space was lovely. Unfortunately, a few things really affected my stay. I was asked for a €50 per night deposit upon check-in, which came as a complete surprise. This was not mentioned anywhere when I booked, and it hit hard as a solo traveller on a tight budget. I lost €100 before I even saw the city, and it honestly dampened the whole experience. The staff at check-in were cold and not welcoming at all, which made the arrival feel awkward. Thankfully, check-out was much better — the person on the desk was kind and friendly, which helped leave things on a slightly better note. As for location: it’s not ideal. The hotel is tucked behind the main train station down some pretty dirty, sketchy-feeling streets. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, and for the price I paid, I expected to be much closer to the centre. Overall, the hotel itself is fine — but in the wrong location and definitely the wrong price bracket. Unless the prices come down and they’re more transparent about deposits, I wouldn’t stay here again."
