The room has a sense of design. Although it is not very big, it is very warm and comfortable. The only problem with this room type is that it is on the half floor and needs to go down a very narrow staircase. There are still several steps in the room. Big boxes are very unfriendly! The breakfast is still very good, you can sit outside and feel it.

The staff is really nice, polite and always there to help with a smile. The rooms are fairly decent, clean and obviously renovated. The location doesn't seem very nice at first, but it's so close to the centre and to the Cathedral that it doesn't matter that the exact spot that the hotel is located isn't that pretty. Definately a good deal for the price.

After the hotel was booked, I told me that I would go to another hotel five minutes away to check in... The streets of Florence are full of stone roads, dragging suitcases and it is very difficult to walk, but there is no other way but to go to another hotel The hotel environment is very poor. Fortunately, Ctrip is more reliable. After talking to the customer service, the customer service solved the problem in a timely manner, and then asked the agent in Florence to report the progress to me and finally solved it successfully. Ctrip is great

Housed in a beautiful old building in a very central location. The character of the building has been well maintained in the public areas and our suite had lovely contemporary decor which mixed perfectly with the 18th century painted ceiling. Within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Great value for money. But best of all has to be the amazing staff - extremely friendly, patient and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

It seems that the other surfaces are good, but the sheets and quilts are dirty. Look carefully and have black fluff. It’s really speechless or best western. My God, after talking to the front desk, I will give you a replacement and then say nothing. A sentence does not have any apologies at all. A very ordinary attitude cannot be understood.

This was my favorite hotel stay while in Italy for 2 weeks. I almost don’t want to share how incredible this hotel is because it will be harder for us to get in next time. Everything about this property is wonderful—from the location to the staff, incredible dining, large rooms (unusual for many European hotels) and the price. It is not cheap but definitely worth every penny! The lobby is beautiful too. We loved it here. We will be back…if we can get in. I was told they also have affordable apartment rentals too. A great idea if you want to stay in Florence for a week or more! The only negative is the hotel gym… but who comes to Florence to be stuck in a hotel gym? Not me, but I thought Inwouid share for the gym rats! Love this hotel!!

I arrived with my septuagenarian parents on April 27 for a week-long stay. The hotel provided us with the right room classification on arrival, but I was concerned that the suite was single bathroom instead of two and the closet space was not optimal for our needs. Annamaria, Victoria and Samuele stand out as front office staff who listened and acted swiftly to help address our request for help and resolved the issue the next day. That was the first wow moment of our stay. I also recommend the breakfast (came with our reservation package) and you should take advantage of the Rooftop Bar, the view of the Duomo and across the city 360 degress is suberb. After 10+ visits to Florence, this hotel has become my new preferred location and I anticipate returning here in the years to come.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eden during my visit to Florence. The hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing, as it is only a 5-minute walk from the train station and the Fortezza da Basso congress center. It is also very close to the Mercato Centrale, a great place to enjoy some delicious local food and wine. The Duomo di Firenze, the stunning cathedral that dominates the city skyline, is only a 10-minute walk away. I was amazed by the beauty and history of this city. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and giving me useful tips on what to see and do in Florence. They also spoke good English, which made communication easy. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a large bed, a fridge, a TV and an AC. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The wifi was fast and reliable. The hotel does not have breakfast, but there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. I especially liked the coffee at the hotel bar, which was open 24/7. I would definitely recommend Hotel Eden to anyone looking for a cozy and affordable hotel in the heart of Florence. It was a great experience and I would love to stay there again.

This hotel was fantastic. This was a small hotel that offers so much to its guests. We stayed here for 6 days, so we booked a suite. The room was great with plenty of room to sleep and sit, as well as great closet space and a nice bathroom. The concierge was great. The concierge assisted us with travel plans, arranging a great tour guide, and making great recommendations for dinner. Breakfast each day was great with good choices and wonderful service. We were in a great location - close to the train station and the Duomo. We enjoyed playing billiards and having a drink at the bar in the evening. This will be the hotel we will book when we return to Florence. Everything was superb.
