Recommended by a friend, it is my first time staying at Best Western Panbil, Batam and it is exceeded my expectation. The team prepared a birthday surprise in the room with baloon and cake. It was so pretty and memorable. A nice touch! Thank you! We visited ARTrium and Eco Farm which within the premises of the hotel. We tried the Gelato and loved it! There is a supermarket, complete with a wide range of products, very convenient. The room is spacious, minibar included with a good variety from alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages and some snacks. The bed is SUPER comfortable. I personally love the amenities especially the shower gel with Lemongrass Ginger, relaxing and calming. The staffs are very friendly and shout out to Pak Ade for the hospitality. Definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Mine was a business trip for 3months.PanBil is one of the best hotels in Batam.Rooms were well maintained.But as am from India I would suggest PanBil to serve Indian Foods (Idly,Dosa varieties)We were more than 20ppls staying in Panbil. Things to improve 1) Transport Facility 2)Serve Indian Food Murdani and Nuri are so responsible in their duties.I would give them 5stars

Here what I see. Advantage: Good location near Kepri Mall (5 mins walk to the mall entrance). 12 mins drive to Batam Ferry center. Quiet place. Cooking hood available in the room. The hotel has a free taxi service, but need to inform early. Disadvantage: Breakfast menu does not even meet the average. If you go late, they won't top up anything for you. Did not try outdoor pool, so no comment. Mosquito in the room. The marble floor is not suitable for small kids. I would not recommend for a family with little kids.

Tonight is our last night here in Eska. All good. Water heater, thick towels(some hotel's has very thin towels), hairdryer. A/C was working well. Mini fridge was ok. Not that cold. No funky smell in the room & bathroom, clean. Lobby is clean. Housekeeping team was great. Breakfast platter was good too. The bed was not bad($40+, yeah). Only the pillows thou. I find it quite flat. Haha. And Kepri Mall is permanently closed. So, its little quiet. I would suggest to get yourself a prepaid card for data*get a bigger Gb, if you likes watching Netflix or videos*. Just to standby. Hehe! We arrived on the Friday afternoon, Wifi connection, TV was all fine. But, when we came back that night prolly around 10pm ish. there is no Wifi connection at all till the next mrng. But now, 12.38am, Sat night. Wifi was good. Idk whether the connection or what. I just used up my data yesterday😅 to surf the internet. We didnt try the spa here, because we had our regular massage place else where. And theres a restraunt at the roof top. Very nice. But didnt get a chance to sit there, as its raining. Yeaa. Overall, worth the stay. Only the Wifi thingy.

Had a chance for quick getaway to Batam, a bustling small city. Booked and stayed at this budget hotel. We were not expecting much as we knew budget hotel comes with standard in everything you get from a budget hotel. The location is strategic in the centre of the city where it is in the middle of tourist destinations. What you get is what you pay for. Basic amenities and facilities within the hotel. However what is outstanding is their staff and services. They look after us and recommended places to visit. It was a short stay but a memorable one. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The food court next to the hotel is to die for. Really nice. We recommend this hotel for a quick short stay. Nothing fancy but really value for the money.

Pros: The room decoration is good; the wifi speed is good; the air-conditioning refrigerator is good; the TV can watch YouTube; check-in half an hour in advance; the staff is very enthusiastic when introducing the situation; the cooking utensils are good; you can buy things in the supermarket do.
Cons: The water heater is not easy to use, at most it only produces warm water; there are many ants in the room, especially the toilets; the hotel is in a bad location, and you have to take a taxi everywhere; there are only two small shops nearby for food, and the clerk does not speak English. Translate through other customers or look at the calculator with gestures.

We stayed for 5 Night on 14 - 19 Oct and staff were also very friendly, courteous and helpful, especially for Rafft for making our stay extra enjoyable with his great service. Comfy bed, and big bathroom. the location of the hotel is very strategic in the city center and if you want to go to the mall or look for other food options it's only walking distance.

GGuest UserGood business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

AAnonymous Userview was great, it’s the kind of view that you wish to wake up to every morning. private pool and the place was overall quite clean as well. buffet breakfast has a wide spread of cuisine and food (mostly local food though). the only downside is the location and the security. since the place is very far off from the city, if you were to go back late at night, the road to montigo is super dark, no street lights at all so i would recommend going back early. finding a grab to the city was always relatively hard, took quite some time. the main door of the villa is see through and not really secure so just lock your bedrooms at night :)

The staff at the Oriental resto for b'fast and the x'mas dinner were pretty attentive and we also had a pleasant experience with their security and hk staff. Grab can drop-off at the lobby but you have to 'grab' one from outside the main road at the vehicle exit point of the hotel driveway. B'fast items, although in variety are not of quality standards as compared to hotels in Thailand, which is inclusive in the room pricing. Same for their X'mas Dinner! Good location, and to Grand Batam Mall is only about S$2.50 where you can cross the road to A2 foodcourt and BCS mall. Taxi from Batam Center to hotel is standard at 70K IDR if you don't want to lug your bags to the roundabout outside which is a distance away. Overall, a pleasant stay!

We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there

When I went into the room, I got a room that had so much wordless shakes than nods of approval. 1) Toilet was not clean. There was mold. 2) Room had to be “perfumed” with a packet of something hanging on the air con duct 3) ALL the towels in the room were stained. Asked for a new set and it was STILL stained 😳. 4) No shampoo as a 4 star hotel. 5) Recycled bed room slippers ( of which I am fine ) but it was stained with dubious stuff. 6) Room picture hangs precariously over my head. 7) The extra bed I paid extra for came without a bed frame and was placed on the floor. Housekeeping said it is like that 😵💫 Management has to do something. The poor housekeeping got a hard time from me 🙏🏻

Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. JJennyieHaving a unforgettable time spend in Batam city hotel. It was quite spacious for two people staying in deluxe room. View with face to another building but still can see the clear sky. Breakfast was quite worth it as serve from 7am-10am. Variety types of different cuisine breakfast of course I like the local dessert as well. Great location just 3mins away to instagrammable cafe. Will comeback again for next time.
