Beach Hotels in Krabi Town

"Stay on 8/5/2026 The location was great, very close to the beach. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for our stay even it old concept. However, we requested a queen bed but were given two single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. We were also placed in the room at the very end, and the view outside the room was not pleasant at all. There were piles of thing with unfinished construction materials, and rubber pipes scattered around, making the area look messy and poorly maintained. Even though we only stayed for one night and not even a full 24 hours, but we paid because we simply wanted the experience of staying near the beach. Guests should still be treated properly regardless of how long they stay. I also don’t understand why guests would be placed in a room facing an unfinished work area with construction materials right outside the stairs. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked and changing rooms might not have been possible, but at least maintain the area better before assigning guests to that room. The staff service was also disappointing. One of the female staff members seemed unfriendly and gave us the feeling that she judged us based on our appearance because we had just come back from the beach and went straight to check-in after checking out from our previous hotel. The way she treated us felt unwelcoming bcs she pass us to another staff & she happily treat next guest bcs they are same nationalities. Unfair Overall, the location is a plus, but the service and room experience could definitely be improved. "Great resort. I really liked the location, just outside of Ao Nang, surrounded by quiet nature. It genuinely feels like a little oasis away from everything. The pool was a big highlight for me. No loud music, no alcohol, just a calm and relaxed atmosphere without drunk or noisy crowds. It made it easy to actually enjoy the surroundings. The property itself is beautiful, with a pond in the middle and lots of greenery and flowers everywhere. Everything feels well maintained and peaceful. It’s also very convenient, about a 5 minute ride or a 30 minute walk to the main pier. The free shuttle is super handy, and Grab or Bolt work fine too. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and scenic place to stay near Ao Nang."

"Location is about 6min walk from the night market. A nice restaurant just opposite to the hotel. Water pressure is a bite weak, no shower door which floor around the bath is easy get wet . Breakfast is about the same everyday, could be better."

"It was a really good and big room which was clean and had tons of natural light with a good balcony we were almost sad to leave this place it had really nice vibe to it. The only thing that I would like them to improve is to have a smart tv and maybe one more chair in the balcony and I'm sure if I had asked them for a extra chair they would have done it right away but we didn't care as much but overall a great stay and great location would recommend and definitely stay again."

"The hotel is clean and spacious, making it a great choice for families. I booked a deluxe room for my husband and me, and another room for my mother and sisters. The room with pool access is wonderful; you can simply open the sliding door and jump right into the pool. There also free tuktuk shuttle to night market and Ao Nang Beach! The breakfast is delicious too"

"This was our third visit to the hotel, and unfortunately, we were given a small room with a view of a wall. Previously, we'd stayed in larger, more comfortable rooms. Good thing it was only for one night. The bed and towels were, as always, clean and fresh. However, there was a sewage smell coming from the toilet."

"The Railay Princess Resort & Spa was very very good. First time we’ve stayed there and we were very happy with the resort, facilities and location … great location! The restaurant offers very good meals and in particular breakfast was terrific! It’s true there’s quite a few monkeys hanging around but leave them alone and they’ll leave you alone. Overall a lovely resort and will be our “go to” accommodation when we’re back in Railay Bay. Highly recommend!!"

"I had a very pleasant stay here. After spending 2 nights in the Ao Nang area, I decided to spend my last night somewhere more private and away from the crowds, and this hotel was the perfect choice. I celebrated my birthday here, and it made the experience even more memorable. The restaurant served really delicious food, and the prices were quite reasonable for the quality and atmosphere. The view was absolutely majestic — unfortunately, I couldn’t catch the sunset because the weather was about to rain, which was a bit sad. Special thanks to Angela for really taking note of my requests and making my stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was such a peaceful and beautiful stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in Krabi"
