"I strongly advise against staying at BBarcelona Apartments if you value your sleep or professional hospitality. Before my arrival, I sent a sincere and heartfelt request for a quiet room more than two weeks in advance. I even received a kind reply from Óscar promising to accommodate this. However, it was all empty words. The room we were given was incredibly noisy due to constant heavy traffic and people shouting outside 24/7. It was impossible to sleep. When I complained, their response was shocking: "sensitivity to noise varies" and "whether to stay or not is entirely your decision." They offered no real solution, no room change, and showed zero responsibility for the promise they had made via email. I had to waste my precious travel time and energy searching for a new place and moving all my luggage. However, moving out was the best decision I could have made. Now that I am staying in a much better, quieter place, I realize how terrible the environment and service were at BBarcelona. Save your money and peace of mind—stay somewhere else."

"We stayed for 4 nights and were grateful to the hotel for upgrading our room. The hotel is very new, with double sinks in the bathroom, and the shower facilities are modern and clean. The amenities provided are also high-end, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The service was excellent; the Chinese ladies at the front desk were warm and friendly, and they answered all our questions enthusiastically – a definite highlight! The hotel breakfast was good, and you could even order complimentary pancakes or omelets, so getting a full meal was no problem at all. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many highly-rated restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. A 5-minute walk to the left takes you to Casa Milà, and about a 15-minute walk brings you to Casa Batlló (where you'll also find the Gràcia metro and train stations). Turning right and walking for 5 minutes leads you to Provença metro station, which is very handy for getting to Mount Tibidabo. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our 5-day, 4-night stay in Barcelona, and I highly recommend this hotel!"
