"The room was very spacious. We had booked a triple room, but the hotel kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a quad room. For 837 RMB per night, this also included three buffet breakfasts. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of options. There's a swimming pool located next to the restaurant, which makes for a pleasant setting. For a hotel in Hong Kong, it offers excellent value for money. Its proximity to Sha Tin MTR station makes getting around very convenient, and there's even a bus stop right downstairs."

"The hotel is a bit worn out, all equipments are out dated and full of dust (as shown in pictures below). The are no sound proof, noisy when other guests talking outside room 😔 No drinking water provided in room and no water dispenser machine provided. Have to spend extra money to buy water with quite high price. Not very good stay after 7years visit😔😔😔😔"

"The hotel is in a very central location with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. Although somewhat old, the room I stayed in was clean and cleaned up everyday. Breakfast served also has lots of varieties. One thing to note is the hotel does not provide bottled water and toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste. Photos shown are views from my room and also the waterfront which is within walking distance. All in all, my stay at this hotel was pleasant."

Their service felt genuine and personal, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel restaurant was another highlight. The food was fresh, especially the seafood, which was cooked to perfection. I loved having breakfast by the beach, enjoying the gentle breeze and the sound of seagulls. The buffet had a wide variety of choices, both local and international, and every dish tasted great. The facilities were also excellent — the pool was clean and had a great view of the sea, and the spa offered relaxing massages that made me feel completely renewed. Everything was well-maintained and clearly managed with care. Overall, this hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and top-quality service. "Overall not worth its 4-star rating as many things didn’t match the pictures or descriptions. The first room we got on the 7th floor was spacious but smelled of cigarettes. After asking to change the new room on the 8th floor was smaller even though it was the same room type and price. Some listed amenities like the hair dryer were missing, the bathroom had mold stains, and there was dust around the headboard. Housekeeping cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and polite, but the hotel itself feels old and doesn’t live up to its price or reputation."

"Deluxe twin room is big and clean. Hotel has free shuttle bus to Kwai Fong metro station which is very convenient for the travellers.Two big mall around the station and has lots of food to choose from which is great."

"The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card. If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied. Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability. The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea. That's all. "Our cleaner was incredibly friendly and thorough. The room was spotless and very organized; she even neatly arranged our personal items. The door frames and faucets were polished to a sparkling shine – so clean you could practically see your reflection! Truly outstanding! The hotel's location in Tsim Sha Tsui is fantastic, with a shopping mall right downstairs. It's particularly suitable for families traveling with young children. During the off-peak season, we got an amazing deal, booking the hotel for just over 500 (local currency). Excellent value for money! Highly recommend!"

"Great hotel with well equipped rooms. To get there is well pointed with signs as the elevators are bit confusing for first time guests. Breakfast buffet good and all service was very friendly. Pool area alls nice with security guards"

"Good price-per qualty option for staying in Kowloon, as you turn out to be close to the bustling heart of eating, shopping and leisure of the peninsula, - with nice park on one side, giant Harbour city center on the other and pier nearby. Hotel is not very new but well-maintained, you might need luck only in respect of the room view, as it is sometimes depressive to be overlooked by the high wall of the opposite building just a couple of dozen metres away, knowing that the harbour and space and air are just around the corner"
