When I arrived at the store after 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, the security guard at the door chased me and made sure to drive the car forward. Is this obsessive-compulsive disorder? The car was locked and we were asked to turn the car back. We actually followed it into the hotel and chased it until the elevator went upstairs. The experience was really bad! The luggage is in the trunk and the front of the car is in the front. Is it easy to get the luggage? Seeing that we have so much luggage, have you thought about helping us carry it? The overall service was pretty good, but this one item was so disappointing!

Although the room is large, when I came back at night after going out on the day of check-in, the toilet/bathroom overflowed with the smell of sewerage. After one night, the smell became even stronger! After checking the past reviews on the booking platform again, it turns out that guests pointed out the same problem in the first half of last year (and the same comments appeared again in the first half of this year).
