五星級酒店還是很好的，該有的都有。我定的房間有浴缸，還很乾凈。自駕好幾天，泡個澡舒服了。早餐有酸奶，配上小料很舒服。還有牛肉麪，麪湯很香，而且牛奶是真的不是沖淡的。

看了很多酒店，最終選擇這家評分比較高的。房間乾淨，温度剛好，不幹不燥，房間也安靜，一點也不吵，睡得很舒服。酒店還贈送了早餐，吃了兩天的麪，終於吃到了自助餐，種類也多，炒麪和酸奶真的超好吃😋，滿意滿意滿意～

先説缺點，水不夠喝要水，某位前台告知超過兩瓶要收費一瓶五元，我真是驚呆了這個規定，怕顧客要水多出去倒賣嗎？這個標榜五星的酒店一定對五星有各方面的誤解；
門市價比攜程便宜，但是我續房時候還是按照攜程價格收的，這種小心思有點不好。
設施不差也不好，當成3.5星比較合理，沒冰箱，所有櫃門打開都是輕飄飄的劣質感和刺鼻味道。吹風機最差的那種摺疊吹風機運氣不好摺疊的還耷拉腦袋，洗澡間嚴重往外漏水。
洗護用品嘛，2星，不要求牌子好歹瓶子好看點吧，一瓶艷黃色一瓶翠兒綠色，充滿了地攤劣質感
早餐，3星，每天完全copy一毛一樣，都是涼的，沒一個菜好吃
優點，有的服務人員就很耐斯，比如碰到我洗衣服主動幫我拿了洗衣液，很感謝，有的前台和門口保安的姑娘也都會打招呼。二樓餐廳除了鹹味道不錯的。

預訂的是一家人入住的親子房，其中的單人床一看就是房間臨時加的，床墊沒有席夢思，就墊了一層被褥，硬邦邦的硬板床，實在是服氣，房間號1507！

和天緣的緣分確實是再續前緣！第一次是在庫車天緣剛剛開張不久，後面的行程又有緣是伊寧天緣！這次，又來了天緣，雖然是阿克蘇天緣，但一樣滿意！地標建築讓人有信心，超大有綠化的院子不僅安全有保障，而且好有序停車，大堂富麗堂皇，前台美眉態度親切專業，特別是小何美女耐心認真交流，聽取建議，點贊！房間乾淨整潔舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，對了，超人性化的免費礦泉水竟然4瓶！！！自助餐早餐很是良心了，沙漠之地吃到了不要太好吃的上海青！希望天緣繼續越來越好！我們再繼續緣分！

前台辦理 一位男士張口就是：“哪裡來的” 全程冷着臉 問啥都是不耐煩 “請”“稍等”“好的”“您”“麻煩”這些禮貌用語好像不存在這個酒店 一整個就是大無語 酒店的洗護用品大概就是三星的水準 當然 硬件配套是ok的
之前看評價説明華老牌 服務非常好 因為天緣更新 我還是選了天緣 也看到有人説阿克蘇的天緣和庫車相比也是較差 我都忽略了 真的後悔
