整體不錯連鎖酒店的領跑者，不過還有待提高的空間和其他城市店比還有差距，希望越做越好！地處城市市區都比較方便

房間的衞生有死角，前面離開客人吃的快餐麪湯沒有擦乾淨！馬桶裏有蟲子。設施比較陳舊。坐便器坐上上去左右搖擺。希望改進！前台的兩個小美女服務熱情！點贊👍

房間整潔乾淨，床也睡起來很舒服，提供2瓶農夫山泉水免費飲用，不足就是淋浴室地漏返臭，房門不太隔音，晚上走道人聲能聽到

入住時前台説會替我升級房間，但對比我在預訂平台上已預訂房間的照片，看不到有何區別。雖然房間空間大，可是入住當天出外後晚上回來，洗手間/浴室便溢出下水道的異味，經過一個晚上，異味更濃！再次翻查訂房平台的過往評論，原來去年上半年已有房客指出相同問題（今年上半年也再次出現相同的評論），當時酒店回覆會進行維修，但問題依舊存在！給我的房間不是升級，是降級了，難道前台服務員從不知道房間會發出異味？很失望。

酒店在鬧市區，房間衞生還可以，房間設施不錯，周邊吃東西還是挺方便，就是車位比較緊張。可惜就是要花錢入會才能送早餐。有點小氣。

前台服務員態度蠻好，客房裡還是比較寬敞的。但房間電視機卻看不了，打了三次電話維修師傅終於來了也沒修好，整個晚上衹能在房間裏看手機，特別令人心情不爽，説明酒店管理有待提高。
