One note about check-in: You can do self check-in. After booking, you will receive an email (maybe not immediately, but sometime before your check-in date) with a booking number. You need to type this number at a kiosk in the hotel reception. You can then print your own key cards and take them to your room. Pros: The staff are welcoming and the rooms are clean. The hotel is environmentally friendly: in the room, they provide a reusable glass bottle, and there is a dispenser in the hallway for refilling it. They do not provide vanity kits in the room, but you can buy one at the reception for one Hong Kong dollar. They offer a shuttle bus to Causeway Bay, which is great for shopping and eating. The bus schedule is convenient, with departures every half an hour or so, and the ride takes only about eight minutes. The hotel rooms have a nice view, although some people might not like that it overlooks a cemetery. Personally, I thought it looked magnificent. Public transportation (only buses and trams, no MTR) is excellent and easy to use for getting to beaches like Stanley Beach and Repulse Bay Beach. There is a Blue House, a historical landmark, only five minutes away from the hotel. There is also a Sikh temple right next to the hotel which can be quite interesting. Cons: There are no restaurants or convenience stores close to the hotel. The closest places are in Causeway Bay or Wan Chai. It takes about ten-fifteen minutes to walk to Wan Chai.

The first room I got was unpleasant. The hallway at the floor and inside the room was had a cigarette smokes. I was stay up for a whole day. Inside the room was shocked me! A lot of mirrors surrounding inside the room. On the next day I spoke with front desk and they changed the room to me as what I booked originally. Better view and cleanliness. More options and convenience to take the public transits. More selections for the restaurants and shops.

This hotel provided an absolutely perfect stay, with several details leaving a particularly strong impression. The hardware facilities were impeccable; the bedding in the room was comfortable, the furniture felt high-quality, and all the bathroom fixtures and appliances were new, easy to use, and felt very safe. You could really tell there was a significant investment in the amenities. However, the cleanliness was the biggest highlight. Not only were the surfaces spotless, but even easily overlooked areas like under the bed, corners, and gaps around the sink were perfectly clean. Even the disinfection of the cups and towels gave me complete peace of mind, making for a truly reassuring stay.

The room size was decent, and it came with a fridge and microwave. I called the front desk, and they promptly brought up an iron, so the service was quite good. The hotel Wi-Fi was very slow and kept disconnecting. Both the 3rd-floor restroom and the hotel elevators require a key card for access, which shows they prioritize guest privacy. The only downside was the cleanliness of the bedsheets, as seen in the picture. There were stains and hair on one side. I didn't discover this until late at night when I pulled back the covers after working. I called housekeeping, and they responded fairly quickly. The staff member said it was from the dust brush, but the hair was curly, clearly not from a cleaning tool. It was too late to fuss about it, so I just let it go after they changed them. I stayed in mid-November, and the hotel was already getting into the Christmas spirit. Overall, the hygiene significantly detracted from my experience, though the staff service was satisfactory. It was a mid-to-low rating overall.

I will list the pros and cons of this hotel based on my personal experience to help you to decide, if this hotel could be right for you. Cons: Butter, jam, bread, croissants, coffee, tea are served as a free breakfast, but a full breakfast could be served, considering that the hotel is not cheap. But this must be a general thing for Hong Kong, as everything is very expensive there. The highlight of our room was its high floor and gorgeous view from the big window, but it had a strange thing - there was a locked door to the neighboring room, so every sound was heard from the neighboring room. I would have not even noticed this, if we didn't have as a neighbor a man, who spent a night getting in and out of the room, gambling in a casino, bringing ladies from there and fighting with them about how much money he should pay them. I called the reception, as this happened at 2 am. Security came up, then all was calm until all started over at 4 am. I called the reception again, but their response was not optimal and satisfying. Instead of moving out the weird neighbor, they offered me to change the room at 4am, knowing that my 8-year-old daughter was asleep in the room. They offered me to move to another room on the next and last night, but the room offered was cold and didn't have a view to the harbor, so I didn't agree. I wasn't offered any compensation for a sleepless night, which would be a fair thing to do, as we are paying for our calm night sleep in a hotel. Pros: The hotel is located on Hong Kong island, near Fortress Hill MTR station. The MTR station is very near and you can use it to get to all tourist attractions, including Disneyland, etc. Though it takes around 1 hour to get to Disneyland by changing MTR lines. We also took Ding Ding tram to Central, which was lots of fun itself, as I have not seen anything like Ding Ding tram anywhere in the world. If you want to stay in a skyscraper, considering that Hong Kong is a jungle of skyscrapers stacked one on another tightly, then you will like the facilities of this hotel. I asked for a high floor with a nice view and the staff was very nice, giving us a room on 33rd floor with a great view to Victoria Harbor and the surrounding skyscrapers. The room size was also fine for me and my daughter, unlike other hotels is HK offering tiny rooms. The hotel and the room looked new and nice. There was another bonus - a terrace opening from the breakfast hall, where we had breakfast and enjoyed the great views to the surrounding skyscrapers.

Service: I booked a deluxe sea-view room and requested a non-smoking, high-floor room away from the elevator. I checked in at 11 AM, and the official check-in time was 3 PM. I was assigned a non-smoking, high-floor connecting room right next to the elevator. Upon discovering noise issues late at night, I discussed it with the hotel, and they upgraded me to an executive suite. Although it was on a lower floor, the suite's layout was right by the sea, offering unobstructed views, which I was very happy with. Environment: The Fortress Hill MTR/bus station is close to the hotel, making it convenient for getting around. The hotel is built along Victoria Harbour, providing unobstructed views, and the suite offered panoramic vistas. Facilities: The bathtub was incredibly satisfying; both in the standard room and the suite, it was a great way to relieve fatigue. The hotel's pool was excellent, though unfortunately, it was cloudy, so the water wasn't crystal blue, which made it less ideal for photos. Hygiene: Full marks for cleanliness, impeccable inside and out. I don't understand how picky some guests must be to give a lower rating... I stayed in three hotels during my six days in Hong Kong, and this was the best. A perfect end to my trip. Thumbs up.

The room was clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The hotel staff were attentive and welcoming. They even offered Hong Kong-style afternoon tea. Luggage storage was safe and thoughtfully handled. Plus, it's within walking distance to Victoria Harbour.

Easy access to the Happy Valley Tram stop. Easy check in and out. Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Free shuttle available to and from certain areas. Very tiny for a family of 3. Room was on the 3rd floor next to a 24-hour gym. Nothing to see outside of the window except a concrete wall. Equipped with hot water kettle, toiletries. Access to baggage storage if needed. Breakfast available but we opted not to purchase.

A convenient hotel situated next to Hong Kong International Airport. The Regal Airport Hotel is a 10-15 min walk from the arrivals hall A to the airport hotel. For some travellers who are on a long layover or on a business trip it is very convenient. If you have a very early departure from HKIA I would also recommend as you wont have the burden of having to wake up early to commute to the airport as you'd just be a walking distance. For those looking to travel into the city its not so convenient as you will need to take the MTR or a bus ride out each time. I'd recommend choosing a hotel in the city or closer to the main attractions

DDxnxxlWonderful stay! I booked Rosedale Hotel Hong Kong through Trip.com and the process was seamless — instant confirmation, easy check-in and everything matched the listing perfectly. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, my room was clean and comfortable with all the essentials, and the location was excellent for exploring Causeway Bay and getting around the city. Great value for money and a stress-free booking experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

ZZongxiangConvenient location and good value for money. The room was relatively clean, and the size is quite decent for Hong Kong. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the restaurant's front desk this morning. I had a complimentary coffee voucher from the hotel and asked for a takeaway. The staff asked me to wait five minutes, but when I returned, it hadn't even been prepared yet. She wasn't busy with anything at all during those five minutes, so I had to stand there and wait for her to make it from scratch. This is the only negative point.

AAnonymous UserFirst off, we tried to cancel our reservation because our child was unwell, but the hotel wouldn't budge. Luckily, our child recovered, so we came to Hong Kong. After checking in, we had a lot of luggage, and no concierge offered to help. The hotel also doesn't provide complimentary bottled water; you have to buy it yourself. Even extra toiletries cost money. They do have a free shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan Station and Tsuen Wan West Station, which is very convenient. We booked a sea view suite, and the view was indeed lovely. I've stayed here a few times before, but this was definitely my worst experience.

MMeiyouqianbaodeyuganI visit Hong Kong frequently, and this hotel has offered the best experience by far. The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were incredibly polite and could all communicate in Mandarin. They were also genuinely warm and welcoming. For breakfast, there was a great variety of set menus, and everything was delicious!

SSuchengdourongdingThe room was absolutely fantastic – clean and comfortable, and it's rare to find such a spacious sofa and a proper desk in a prime location like Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The shower had multiple heads and came with Jurlique toiletries. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfy, the mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillows offered great support! My sleep quality definitely improved by more than a few notches. The hotel's soundproofing was excellent too; I hardly heard any noise!

CChristopher John GrayConveniently located, comfortable hotel just a few minutes walk from Hong Kong station if you're coming into town from the airport. Rooms are relatively large and nicely appointed with a work desk, fridge and kettle with a small selection of tea and coffee samples. There's no bottled water but there's a 7/11 just a minute's walk from the foyer. Best of all, you're surrounded by a plethora of cafes and restaurants to suit all budgets.

EEeeekayI had a great stay here, and the service was excellent. I was able to do an early check-in at 2:00 PM, which was a huge help, as the original check-in time was 3:00 PM. Check-in and check-out were both super easy and fast. Most importantly, the cleanliness is top—the rooms were immaculate. Location: Almost Perfect The location is almost perfect because it is right next to the Mong Kok East station. However, for some reason, all of our plans required us to use either Mong Kok station or Prince Edward station, not the East station. This meant we needed to walk about 7 minutes every time we wanted to travel, which added up quickly. Hotel Access The hotel is conveniently linked directly to the MOKO mall. Just be aware that the direct access from the mall closes at 11:00 PM. If you return later than that, you will need to re-route a longer way to the hotel's main door, and I barely even saw what the main entrance looks like! Key Suggestion for Travelers If your flight reaches Hong Kong very early, like 4:00 AM, I strongly suggest you rent an extra day earlier. This way, you can check in immediately upon reaching the hotel and won't have to wait until 3:00 PM for check-in, as waiting is very tiring after a long flight.
