I was on a business trip and booked it with the attitude of giving it a try. I didn't expect the hotel's service to be very good. The hotel is located next to the Peacock Tower, so it's very convenient to take a taxi. The hotel's laundry room and gym are open all day, and there is a swimming pool and sky garden on the roof. There is also a coffee machine in the room, so you can drink coffee when you are tired. The breakfast was also very rich, and they thoughtfully gave me mouthwash. I will come to their home next time I am on a business trip.

The room is also very large, and the scenery is also good, but the bathroom and toilet are all transparent glass, which is really embarrassing... And the hygiene is also average, there is dust in many places, and there are stubborn stains on the toilet... It's really a shortcoming that ordinary B&Bs should not have. I hope it can be improved to live up to such a good environment... If you bring children, it is recommended to stay in a pool room or a mountain view room, which is convenient for various services in the main building and it is also convenient to get things from the car. There are fewer varieties of buffets, but it's okay considering the price is not expensive. The activities of picking coffee beans, catching fish and riding horses are simple but also very interesting. The last reminder is that it takes about 1 hour to go in and out of the winding mountain road. If you bring children and the elderly, remember to take motion sickness medicine half an hour in advance, otherwise you may not be able to bear it...

There is free pick-up from the airport, and there is a shuttle bus for visiting Gaozhuang. It is very convenient and the service is very good. There is also a swimming pool on the roof, and the environment is very good, especially the night view. The breakfast is generally good, with quite a lot of variety. I really like their rice noodles. The laundry room is a bit run down, so if there's nothing special about it, try not to use it.

All i can say this hotel is very perfect stay for our Yunnan trip! This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The service is nothing short of excellent—they even offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the train station, which made our journey so much easier. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room is spacious, with a big TV screen and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The thoughtful amenities include a heated floor and bed, which were perfect for the cold weather. Even the toilet seat has a heater and a bidet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. They also provide additional oxygen in the room—a great touch, especially for those who might feel the effects of high altitude. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking! Imagine waking up to stunning mountain scenery, lush green grasslands, and sheep grazing peacefully—it’s like a dream come true. To make our stay even more special, they upgraded our room for free to one with a luxurious bathtub! For Muslim travelers, this hotel is incredibly accommodating—they provided us with a delicious vegetarian breakfast, so we felt completely at ease. However, please be mindful when sitting on the sofas as their adorable, friendly dog loves to sit there too and might come to greet you. Their dog is super cute and playful, adding a warm and homey touch to the stay! One of the most delightful surprises was that the hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes for free! We had so much fun dressing up and taking beautiful photos. It made us feel like royalty from an ancient Chinese dynasty—truly a unique and unforgettable experience. Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering suggestions, pinpointing locations, and ensuring we had everything we needed. A big thumbs up to the staff member whose picture I shared (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name). The hotel owner should truly give her credit for her exceptional service—it made our stay even more memorable! This hotel is located near the stunning Napahai Lake, not Dukezong Ancient City. If you’re planning to stay close to Dukezong, this might not be the best choice. But trust me, you don’t need to stay near Dukezong—this hotel is so good, it’s worth being a little further away. The peaceful surroundings, incredible service, and top-notch amenities make it more than worth it! Another fantastic perk is the nearby e-bike rental. We rented bikes and had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Napahai area and enjoying the serene countryside. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from Malaysia. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Trust me, you won’t regret staying here—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever! Sorry I don’t take too much photo, a lot of videos only. This is simply the best place to stay, to explore Lijiang Old Town and surrounding areas. * Overall - beautiful boutique hotel based on traditional Naxi architecture. Looks like a traditional inn, but is actually new and modern. * Rooms - spotlessly clean, with all modern facilities. Light contemporary decor. * Benefits - excellent breakfast, complimentary welcome drink, complimentary welcome fruit platter, complimentary afternoon tea & desserts, complimentary nightcap plum wine and light dessert. Daily complimentary laundry. Unlimited soft drinks in room fridge. * Service - this is where the Dublin really stands out. The best service we've experienced in China, and most likely the best ever. The staff all work as a well trained team to make you feel at home from the moment you check in. A special shout out to Xiao Du! * Location - Another great standout. Literally steps from the front door (next to the small restaurant on the right) there are a set of steps down to the canal. From there, just follow the canal to the Water Wheel and Lijiang Old Town north gate. Along the way is a large lively night market. You can also step down to the main road just outside and walk down a lively street full of food options. Pro Tip : Ask hotel staff how to get to the restaurant that is in the last picture below. Delicious Naxi food! Overall : Best value, best location and best service in Lijiang!

We stayed at the villa and had an amazing time, their location probably offered the best view of Yulong snow mountain and the rooms were clean, modern and super spacious. The most impressive part would be the amazing service. We usually don’t write reviews but this one really exceeded all our expectations. Every staff was kind, attentive and super helpful. They even offer hair washing service (you won’t find this anywhere else) Thank you 山海starts for making our stay so enjoyable, will definitely stay there again 😌 highly recommend!!!!!

What can I say, Yeyu has simply got to be hands down, the best place that I have stayed in during my entire Yunnan trip. I am amazed and wasn't expecting it to be this great. I know the idea of staying in a luxury hotel doesn't seem to be something that goes hand in hand with hiking (I say this from my experience of having hiked in several other places before where the key highlight is the natural setting itself), but I have to say that it was really soothing for the soul. My girlfriend and I loved this place! The hotel is tastefully designed at every corner and angle and we can appreciate that a lot of creativity and thought was put into designing this place. The aesthetics is very pleasing to the eye and embraces the natural scenery really well. We also loved the homage it pays to the area's ******* roots such as the photographs displayed in the room (young ******* monks playing and the ******* gazelles in the bathroom) and also all the books about Tibet, Yunnan province that is in the library and living room space. The service provided by the staff was top notch, very attentive and caring. We were always asked if there's anything that the staff can do for us be it preparing a plate of fresh fruits, preparing some drinks for us when we were lounging at the living area and another completely unexpected one was when we returned from the Sacred Waterfall hike with our shoes filled with mud, the hotel staff kindly asked us to leave our shoes with him and it came back the next day fully cleaned, placed in front of our rooms. The lovely service provided was just simply amazing and for this, I would like to offer my sincere thanks and gratitude to all of the lovely staff at Yeyu who provided us with such a beautiful memory of our too brief stay here and thank you so much for the room upgrade. If I could organise this trip again, I would have liked to stay here much longer to be able to relax and enjoy the beauty of this place. Please believe me when I say that it is completely worth every yuan. PS: Please note that there are two Yeyu Hotels in Yubeng, one near the pond and the other near the temple. We stayed at the one near the temple. Both of them are beautiful in their distinctive ways.

Everything about this place is 5 star 。 Managed by a group of energetic and friendly young people. love the vintage chinese styled reception area , rooms, and surronding Special thanks to 1）小迪 who came running to pick us up outside the city gate. Check-in was smooth. She helped arrange taxi pick up to train station. 2) 夏天 (summer) showed us to where to take tribal costume photo , made chinese tea for us . Took us to take a taxi to train station 3) 小安， who made us feel at home and provided us with relevant information about where to go 4) 小杨who helped with our baggage We had a hectic day from 玉龙雪山，was dropped off by 车师傅 at 丽江古城入口 。幸好联络上 小迪， she came over to pick us to hotel. While 小迪 doing the rooms check-in, Sunny made us welcome drinks, 普洱茶 + 鲜花饼. Tea is fragrant and heartwarming. ❤️ . 国泰民宿让我们有个在 丽江美好温馨 的住宿体验

Words can’t even describe how great the level of hospitality we have received on this trip. It felt like China was so warm and welcoming, I want to introduce all my friends and family to visit Lijiang because of this experience. Shout out to one of the boss, Xiang Zi, he’s now our dear friend! I have booked 2 of the bigger rooms, the view was beautiful, well furnished, spacious and clean. The house keeping was good and trustworthy. The cafe has decent breakfast, the drinks are world class. I kid you not, the special drink menu is better than your CHAGEE, and I love CHAGEE. Their barista has been well trained, no wonder my husband speaks highly of the coffee he ordered. The inn also provide photography services, you can just engage their service and avoid the nearby big photography service. I find that outside photography is a scam. Paid about 1300yuan for the whole thing, only had 7 photoshopped photos and 30 other low res original photos. I don’t even like the photoshopped ones. We arrived late at night and had no problem getting to our beautiful room. There were ppl who helped us with our luggages, and we just walked 5mins to our cosy inn. The place is an ancient city, so you get to experience living in an ancient city, with modern furnishings. The view from the room is different and intriguing, the view at the cafe is romantic and calming. There are many hidden spots in this inn that we stayed in, every corner is a photo opportunity. The tea at the reception was the best I have ever tasted. Xiang Zi is a very cultured man, he makes tea, and he make sure everyone knows how to serve tea. We had so much fun here, we even extended another day here because of the owner. I highly recommend this place, not because I’m bias, but because for the price we paid, we have received toooooooo much. We are so grateful for everything for the team has done for us. From providing oxygen when we want to head up the mountain, to doing us a favour to help us to book the snow mountain tickets, to paying for our transport in advance, to helping us find our way and making sure we are safe. We are looking forward to host Xiang Zi when he visit Singapore!

Had a great experience staying here! The location is superb and what’s even more amazing is their customer service. Though this is only a 4 star hotel, their customer service is top-notch, deserved to be 5 star. Even before the stay, the hotel reached out to be if I need some decoration for my room. Without even a second thought they will assist you with your luggage when checking in and out. They also called to our room if we needed any night snacks and delivered it up. I encountered numerous hiccups with my taobao deliveries and they took the initiative to assist and contact the delivery company. The hotel also serves wonderful breakfast at the lobby and there’s a corner in the lobby where snacks are served at specific timing. What’s interesting is that you can make your own tea/coffee. The hotel also has laundry room for everyone to use at no costs. I would like to specially thank 凤凰 and 欣玉 for their excellent service and hospitality! ❤️
