My stay was absolutely wonderful. For a short 2 night stay at this charming establishment, everything went smooth as silk. I would definitely recommend CitiGo hotel. The service staff were all very friendly and helpful. My sister and her friend arrived in the early hour of the morning to the hotel. The staff was very kind to arrange an early check in for them so that they could take a nap comfortably in the room instead of resting at the sofa area of the hotel. The staff also arranged access to its gym for my daughter at 7.30am although the gym opens only at 10am. There was a wide spread of food at their buffet breakfast. Little gestures by the hotel like provision of small tube of hand cream (placed at the staff counter) was very much appreciated and it shows the hospitality and generosity of the hotel owner. We also realised that they serve wanton soup for supper to its guests. We were full from dinner to try it although it does look and smell delicious. Yes would come back to this hotel if I visit Kunming again.

Stayed here for a night for our flight home the following day. It was clean and the mountain view was very pleasant. The garden was enchanting and beautiful and I particularly love the roses.The breakfast was nice at an affordable price. The lady chef was exceptionally friendly too. The hotel manager was very friendly and allowed us to pick their apples at their garden.The only thing lacking was the amenities. Not easy to find a decent place to shop in our spare time. Highly recommended!👍

Excellent location. Was just 5-10min walk to Kunming station Hotel was clean but you can tell was dated. Nowhere as well-kept as the Jinjiang Classique hotel at The Bund, Shanghai I stayed. Family Room I booked was actually two bedrooms with connecting doors. Cute layout for kids. :D Food was ok. Nothing to rave about.

the location is most excellent, in the heart of the old “wuhua” town where everything was a stone throw walk away. the nanqiang pedestrian street is 5mins walk away, filled with lots of street food to explore. pharmacy and convenience store located directly opposite. the metro is 8mins walk away. the the staff is friendly and very helpful, providing directions and advice on how to get around via wechat. they helped with changing small change for easy shopping. every evening, they served a lovely tea which we absolutely loved. the building itself is a heritage building, conserved well!

Location of the hotel is great and convenient. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The Chinese breakfast every morning appears to be the same but it’s delicious. Only con is that the front desk does not seem very knowledgeable in the popular tourist destinations in Kunming and couldn’t tell me if I needed to book tickets in advance to Shi Lin (Stone Forest). But otherwise, the hotel itself is perfectly reasonable. Would recommend.

Very nice small, quiet, modern, clean and airy hotel built with in a traditional Chinese style. Room spacious, fully functional, and for our room a very nice balcony to relax and take in the sounds and smells of the numerous busy small shops in the side street and hotel main entrance below (Yukesi Jie Street -photo). Unfortunately the rooms do not provide a small fridge. Very nice staff. A limited Chinese breakfast is provided in the dining room. Location is a short(500m) walk from Tangzixiang metro station on the ”red/blue” line(photo), exit H with lift/escalator to Jinbi Rd.

Very considerate, there is a pick-up at the South Station, and fortunately they picked us up with children. It is close to the subway station, and it is convenient to go to the city. I took the subway to the Dudou South Flower Market for a stroll, two stops away, and the strategy was not in vain. Haha. Especially riding a small electric bike is so fun! The hotel is remarkable: excellent hygiene, no odor, very quiet, and there is a wetland park behind. The room window faces a Christmas tree haha. The facilities are complete. I accidentally complained about the lack of bottled water in the room. When I returned to the room at night, I found that they had already replenished 3 bottles for me. Thank you very much! A very satisfactory experience!

The hotel lobby was pleasant, with a reading corner. We were given a free room upgrade; the room was clean, spacious and had a huge firm bed (good back support). There is even a tea brewing set in-room. Our main gripe was this building seems to be shared with other hotels/offices so the lifts were a little run down and took a long time to arrive at our floor (we stayed at level 25). Overall, this place is quite value-for-money, comfortable, and had ample space in room to open 3-4 big luggages. However, if you’re rushing to catch a didi etc, do allocate a few more minutes for the lift to arrive at your floor.

First of all, the service is very intimate, the lobby manager is also very intimate, then the room is very clean, the surrounding environment is very good, eating, drinking and playing supermarkets are all available, the ingredients in the hotel restaurant are very fresh, great, this point is like, juice is still Huiyuan's 100% juice, like, The most important thing is that many import and export are particularly convenient. It is very close to the Kunming Convention and Exhibition Center. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel so close to the exhibition. After a day of work, I don’t need to take a taxi and walk for five minutes.

The hotel is relatively new and well-equipped. The hot water for bathing is sufficient and very comfortable. The shampoo is particularly delicate. The room is very clean and the bedding is comfortable. Because it is in the new district, there are few commercial outlets around, and the nearest place to eat is about one kilometer away. But you can order takeout. The hotel has breakfast and supper (provided after 8 pm). There is a handsome chef with a very good attitude. Service: The front desk staff is quite enthusiastic and answers all questions. In short, very satisfied!
