affiliated with Toastmasters International. An international non-profit organization with its headquarters in the US.
Toastmasters International was started to provide members with a safe and conducive environment to practice communication and leadership skills. To date, there are around 16,000 Toastmasters Clubs around the world.
Why a $20 Guest Fee?
The guest fee helps to contribute towards the hall charges as well as the food we prepare for all attendees.
Though we are a non-profit organization, we choose to host our meetings in a big hall with a proper stage and near an MRT station. This facilitates our member’s exposure to
1) a larger audience as our regular attendance is around 50 Pax
2) the opportunity to speak on a stage with proper audio devices
The MMTMC Difference
The average Toastmasters Club conducts its meeting in a relatively small room with a capacity of 30. Most meetings are conducted with an attendance of around 15 - 20. MMTMC meetings are conducted in a large hall with a stage. Audience attendance is usually around 60 - 70 Pax. Some larger events and themed meetings do attract attendance of up 80 - 100 Pax. Like our annual speech contests, workshops and speech marathon nights. If your goal is to improve public speaking skills, which do you prefer? Stretching your exposure to a larger audience capacity? Would it be more challenging and exciting to present to an audience of 15 or 70?

This would basically covers all that is needed to handle a small or medium, solvent private limited company (revenue below S$5 million per year) with no corporate shareholders. A small company would therefore only incur $315/= for a one-off incorporation fee and a yearly recurring annual filing fee of $60/=. This training is also suitable for aspiring entrepreneurs, with or without Chartered Accountant qualifications, thinking of setting up a business in providing book keeping, accounting, secretarial and tax services.
Although we cover basically the steps necessary for a simpler company, this course is suitable for those managing more complex companies up to $10 million in revenue or assets up to $10 millions as we do talk about more complex matters and give reference links for resources that entails more complex learning. Learners would then have these in mind and will be able to revisit them for more detailed learning.
Note: Accounting Software will NOT be taught at all in this training. We will also cover the using of ChatGPT, some advanced Microsoft Excel functions for expedient help in doing the necessary works.

Hard & Soft Copies of course materials (editable sample documents such as Financial Statements, Company Registers, Minutes, Cash Book, Book Keeping, our own developed Integrated Excel Accounts Template (one Excel file integrating bank account, Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, General journal, GST Journal, Financial Statements, Tax Computations and AGM). This will show you how much time can be saved as figures are linked and formulas embedded to save time on not double keying in wherever possible. Our materials (hard and soft copies) are very carefully prepared with great passion such that it will be very useful to learners. Soft Copies of materials will be shared on Google Drive (two months access will be given) and participants' email address will be visible to other participants. You would be deemed to have given us consent to share your email address on Google Drive when you take up our services / products.

This course is held at SPGG, which has very conducive training rooms, breathtaking environment with great view of swimming pool and other scenery.
Those who have mobility problems and wheelchair participants should come in vehicle to the designated wheelchair accessible drop off lobby. That is because, the building itself from the point of drop off is wheelchair accessible but it may be difficult for disabled to come in from the main entrance with a carpark barrier at the entrance, although there is a side staircase for pedestrian walking in.

This 90-minute morning walking tour takes you through one of Singapore’s most storied and spiritual neighborhoods—Siglap. From colonial footsteps to spectral encounters, you’ll be immersed in a journey that weaves history with haunting.
We begin at Marine Terrace MRT Station, setting the stage with chilling tales from St. Patrick’s School, where generations of students have whispered of phantom footsteps, locked doors swinging open on their own, and the solemn echo of old spirits still keeping vigil. As we walk toward the nearby cluster of five-storey HDB flats, you’ll hear accounts of suicides, mysterious knocks at night, and ghostly figures seen standing by the corridors—stories shared by former residents themselves.
Our path leads to Kubor Kassim, one of Singapore’s most active cemeteries.
