FRAGMENTS -- Yoni Avi Battat | Kehila Centre
May 19, 2025 (UTC-4)ENDED
Vaughans
Inspired by traditional Arab musical forms,
Yoni Avi Battat
combines Hebrew, Arabic, English, and Yiddish lyrics to express the fragmenting effects of migration, lost languages, assimilation, and erasure. Sharing musical insights about his own fragmented Iraqi-Jewish identity, Yoni gives us a concert described as "an education for the ear and the soul.” You will be captivated by the music and you will awaken your understanding of Arab and Jewish history, culture, and identity. Ultimately, listeners of all backgrounds will find resonance and healing in this beautiful message.
Yoni Avi Battat brings Arab music into the soundscape of American Jewish life through composition, education, prayer, and performance on viola, violin, oud, and vocals. His debut album
Fragments
seeks to find new pathways to connect with ancestry and find healing around our fragmented identities. Yoni's newest project,
Kedmah
, recently released their first album of Mizrahi Piyyutim (Middle Eastern Jewish liturgical music), entitled
Simu Lev
. From 2021-2022 Yoni toured nationally as an actor and violinist with the Tony Award-winning musical, “The Band’s Visit.”

----
Mitigating Risk and generating Cash Flow go hand in hand when we look to Invest in Real Estate, however many don't correlate that with Stock Options Trading. Its a strategy you can employ in just 30 Minutes a day, and in our opinion is a great income producer, with limited risk, that you could employ along side your other investing strategies.
For this Month's Event we bring you Omar Khan from Theta Trading.
Omar will be teaching Theta Trading's Stock Options Strategy:
This options investing strategy can produce returns as high as 1% - 3% PER MONTH for you… and can ALSO create an additional monthly income stream. This strategy will PAY YOU CASH to buy stocks that you would want to buy anyway, but you get to buy them at a discount. This strategy is something that you can learn and do, even if you currently have no experience with stocks or the markets, and even if you only have a few thousand dollars to start with.
The Foundations of The Stock Market
Overview Mainstream Stock Trading Investment Strategies
Overview of Trading Options
Technical Analysis Of Making Profitable Stock Option Trades
Theta Trading Secret Way Of Trading Options.
Following Our main speaker presentation, we will have a panel to tackle overall investing related questions!
