Barbara Douglass teaches a vinyasa flow, moving with the breath and using sun salutations to build gentle heat. We use that heat to deeply stretch, and we end with a relaxing meditation.
Jeneen Piccuirro teaches a gentle, traditional, chakra based hatha yoga class. Her focus is on deep release and relaxation and she favors poses that benefit the nervous system to promote inner calm.
Becky Super teaches a Vinyasa style class that welcomes new and experienced students to find balance both on and off the mat. I like a faster paced class, but I know the importance of slowing down to find relaxation and meditation too.
Barb Mink earned her 200-hr yoga teacher (RYT) certification in 2018 in the vinyasa format. She’s been practicing for 20* Years and has attended numerous workshops and yoga retreats.

Great UX isn’t just about good design—it’s the result of deep collaboration between product, design, and business. Join us for SYNC UP, a dynamic panel discussion featuring a lead product designer, a senior PM, and a founder/exec to explore the realities of building product in today’s fast-moving world.
We’re tackling the big questions:
• Who really owns the product vision?
• How do we balance user needs with business goals and tech feasibility?
• What’s design’s role when timelines are tight?
• And how do AI, agile methods, and shifting team dynamics shape the future of product teams?
Panelists:
Joe Natoli
Veteran UX consultant, author, and educator who’s spent 30+ years guiding Fortune 100s and startups. Through his work at UX 365 and GiveGoodUX.com, he champions systems thinking and team health as keys to better products.

"This wasn't just powerful—it was ACTIONABLE. I implemented one boundary technique the very next day and it changed everything."
- Danielle T., Healthcare Executive
"The connections I made with other women were worth the price of admission alone. Months later, we're still supporting each other."
- Jenna M., Small Business Owner
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
You excel professionally but feel the cost personally
Your mind rarely turns off from work mode
Self-care keeps falling to the bottom of your to-do list
