The Tai Chi Project at Living Younger Longer Institute coordinates and leads these free/donation-based June, July, and August gatherings from 9:00 -10:00 am. In our Espresso basics class you will learn what espresso is and why we love it! This is a beginner class that doesn’t require any previous knowledge or practical experience. We will go over the basic steps of preparing a shot of espresso and the theory behind it in a comprehensive way that will help you to feel more confident once you step up to the bar! For more in-depth knowledge, check out our Advanced Espresso course. Classes limited to 4 attendees. Please arrive early or on time. Our new location is at 6461 E. Hampden Ave., Denver, CO 80222, on the NW corner of E. Hampden Ave. and Monaco, behind the Conoco station. * Weekend evenings often sell out by mid-week. If you have friends who plan to join you, please advise them to register early. * PLEASE ARRIVE 20 MINUTES EARLY to choose your seats, get your paints, and enjoy some light refreshments before we begin. About Swallow Hill Concerts at Four Mile Historic Park All concerts in this long-running series will take place at Four Mile Historic Park. No outside drinks other than sealed water bottles or empty refillable bottles. Outside alcohol is not permitted – an onsite bar will be available. Venue Info & Parking Free parking is available to guests in Four Mile Historic Park’s partially paved, partially dirt/gravel parking lot located on the South side of E. Exposition Ave. Handicap accessible parking is available in front of the building. The parking lot may fill up on special event days, but you are always welcome to pick up and drop off in the parking lot even if you need to park elsewhere. When signage permits, parking is available for guests to parallel park along the south side of E. Exposition Ave. Re-entry is allowed. Tailgating is prohibited in the park. Vaping and smoking are prohibited in the park. A barrier-free entrance to Four Mile Historic Park is located at the main entrance of the Grant Family Education Center. The doors are fully accessible with push-button entry.  The terrain of the Park is rugged and may require heavy-duty wheelchairs or strollers for easier mobility. Playful :) Mindful is 2-hour session that combines mindfulness practices with actively engaging playtime in a supportive environment to help create levity on a path toward inner peace and joy cultivation. While themes vary, every class will start with a guided meditation and move into group activities that help us let loose, and have fun.
