The main training focuses of this class are strength training, hypertrophy, mobility, and cardiorespiratory fitness. Participants will engage in strength training, corrective exercise, and dynamic movement patterns. The exercises taught in this class can be practiced outside of class in any gym setting. The exercises taught in this class are evidence-based, meaning that they have been proven to have specific effects on aspects of physical fitness when practiced regularly.
