The b.class® is an inspiring all women’s fitness program designed to let the heart and soul speak through. It combines athletic movement with powerful music creating connection, emotion, release, and amazing energy! The ambiance of the room is setup to have low light with candles at the front of the room, fresh aromatherapy in the air, and we ground down by dancing barefoot if your body has no injuries'. This setting allows us to dance and feel safe, without judgement, and where we allow our bodies and heart to move more freely with the music.
We support women of all ages (18-99 yrs), abilities, and backgrounds to feel strong and empowered. You do not need to be coordinated, you just have to let go and have fun!

This is your chance to meet with our recruiters, learn about the exciting opportunities available at the Calgary Fire Department, and participate in a workout to get a taste of what it's like to be a firefighter.
Whether you're considering a career in firefighting or just curious to learn more about what we do, this event is perfect for you. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with our team and get all your questions answered. We look forward to seeing you there!
Important information:
Bring photo ID. Participants must be 18 years old or older.
Waivers and consent forms will be sent out prior to the event using the registered email address. These must be printed and completed prior to ID check-in.
Attendees are encouraged to wear/bring gym clothing, shoes and a water bottle.
This is an outdoor event and no shelter will be provided, dress appropriately for the weather. The location may be moved indoors in case of inclement weather and a new address will be provided to registrants using the registered email address.
