Experience the excitement of a fast-paced and dynamic version of football with Parasport360: Discover Powerchair Football in Singapore. This unique sport is played using specialized electric wheelchairs called powerchairs, which allow players with physical impairments to participate. The powerchairs are equipped with foot guards that enable players to kick the ball, ensuring an authentic soccer experience.
Powerchair Football is particularly suitable for individuals with conditions such as muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, quadriplegia, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, and general muscle weakness. Please note that participants will need to transfer from their regular wheelchair to the powerchair to join in the sport. It is highly recommended to have a parent or caregiver present to assist with the transfer, but rest assured, our dedicated staff and volunteers will also be available to lend a hand.
