Participants follow a variety of exercise videos from YouTube to promote physical health and well-being. The best part is that no equipment is required, so just put on your exercise shoes and get ready to move! Please remember to keep your mask on during the workout sessions. If you have any underlying medical conditions, it is recommended to consult your general practitioner or a healthcare professional before participating in the physical activities.
