FULLY UNSUPPORTED: A Film By Albion | Bici | Bike Shop and Service Centre
May 3, 2025 (UTC-7)ENDED
Vancouver
Shrouded in mystery, The Speed Project started as a unique running pilgrimage between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. 12 years later, the race still remains true to their founding principles. No route. No rules. No spectators.
For the first time in 2024, The Speed Project held a cycling race. Whilst the fastest teams would come armed with RVs, support crews and detailed plans to cover the ground in the shortest time possible, three riders decided to do it differently: fully unsupported.
With bags on their bikes, they carried food and water and self-filmed the entire journey on their phones, giving us a front row seat as they set off into the desert in an attempt to put their own stamp on a race where creativity is celebrated and the lack of rules leaves plenty of room for interpretation.
Watch Finley, Hannah and Mateo as they ride for the first time as a three and choose the hardest route possible in their journey to coming dead last in the race.
Join us the day after the screening for our own mini Speed Project ride from King George Station to Bici completing checkpoints along the way.
Sign up for the ride here!

BREATHWORK MEN'S CIRCLE | 301-2515 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada
May 5, 2025 (UTC-7)ENDED
Vancouver
WHAT IS IT?
Two-Stage Breathwork
is a powerful healing modality that uses the breath to open your heart, release emotional blockages, and reconnect you with your true authentic self; your Essence, inner source of Love and intuition.
We share this practice as taught by David Elliott: as a deeply spiritual practice, rooted in the concept that Love is the most powerful force for healing.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT DURING A SESSION?
Introduction:
After an opening circle you will be introduced to Two-Stage Breathwork Process and its breathing technique.
Breath
:
You will breathe entirely through the mouth in a three-part cycle that was previously explained.
This cycle is repeated continuously for 20–30 minutes in a session.
Music:
A core element of the healing journey. The tempo and tone of the music shift throughout the session creating a natural arc that
supports us to drop into our body, allows emotional processing to happen, creates a safer container, stimulates the energetic body, opens the space to higher guidance or spiritual presence and supports the process’ pacing and integration.
Conscious Witnessing, Sharing and Self-Inquiry
:
Before and after the sesison you will be invited, guided and supported to integrate your experience in dyads, triads or in circle, mainly through the art of Transparent Communication as taught by Thomas Huebl.
WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE
Emotional release (crying, laughing, shaking)
Tingling, temperature shifts, energy movement
Insights, visions, or intuitive clarity
A deep feeling of peace, stillness, or lightness
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE SOME CONTRAINDICATIONS
WHY IT WORKS
Breath is the bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind.
Through this two-stage rhythmic breathing:
We bypass the ego and open the emotional body
We release stuck energy, fear, grief, and trauma
We access deep states of presence, peace, and clarity
We invite in love, both from within and beyond
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Love is the Healer
: Most pain stems from a lack of love—especially self-love.
Breathwork reawakens
the heart’s natural ability to love and be loved.
Emotions are Portals
: Feelings like fear, shame, and grief are not enemies—they are keys to healing. The breath helps move them through the body and out.
You Are Already Whole
: The journey isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about removing what blocks your light, so your natural self can shine.
The Body Remembers
: Trauma and emotional memory live in the body. Breathwork is a way to gently access and release this stored energy.
HOLDING THE SPACE
Jorge
creates a trauma-informed space for Men’s Work rooted in love, integrity, and guided rite's of inner self-initiation. Based on his own healing journey and professional experience, he supports you through preparation, integration, and aftercare.
FINAL WORDS
This breath is a medicine at all levels, mind body, emotions and spirit. You are your own healer. With every inhale and exhale, you are returning home to your heart, your truth, and your infinite capacity to Love.
