UNLEASH & AWAKEN: A Soul-Rewriting, Life-Rebirthing Retreat One Powerful Day. One Aligned Decision. A Completely Transformed You. What if one day could change your entire life? Not a getaway. Not a workshop. Not just another event. This is a ceremony for your soul — a sacred container where you will crack open, awaken parts of you that have been buried, and rise into your next chapter as the powerful person you were born to be. Set in a stunning waterfront mansion with ocean views, sauna, hot tub, healing spaces, and sacred energy all around, UNLEASH & AWAKEN is more than a retreat — it’s a rebirth. What to Expect • Breathwork to release stored emotion and reconnect to your truth • Somatic embodiment and energy practices to unlock your power • Heart-opening rituals, soul-shaking reflections, and guided inner work • Deep connection with other high-vibe humans on a growth path • Time to laugh, cry, dance, release — and remember who you are • A soul ceremony you didn’t know you needed… until now This day is for you if: • You’ve been feeling stuck, lost, disconnected, or like something in you is ready to rise • You’re craving soul-deep family — not small talk, but truth, presence, and realness • You know there’s a more powerful, embodied, magnetic version of you waiting to be unleashed • You want to do the inner work — but also feel lit up, energized, and fully ALIVE • You’re ready to rewrite your story and claim the next level of your life You’ll leave with: • A powerful emotional release that frees your body, heart, and nervous system • Reconnection to your purpose, your truth, and your deepest desires • A new level of self-love, self-expression, and unshakable confidence • A room full of chosen family who truly see and celebrate you • Clear vision for your next chapter — and the energy to go after it • A new standard for how you want to feel, love, and live moving forward This is a life-changing day. We’ll go deep. We’ll get real. And we’ll rise — together. You’ll walk out of this retreat more grounded, more open, more powerful, and more you than you’ve ever been. This isn’t surface-level self-care. This is soul activation. This is coming home. It will change everything. Will you say yes? Information Source: YVR Entrepreneurs Club | eventbrite

FRAGMENTS Date: May 2, 2025 Time: 7:30 PM Location: Vancouver AcadAmy of Music Koerner Recital Hall, 1270 Chestnut St, Vancouver, BC, V6J 5E5 Overview Fragments is more than a musical recital—it’s a shared journey through sound, memory, and connection. Presented by two artists with roots in British Columbia, this program weaves together pieces that reflect fragments of heritage, personal stories, and the universal resonance of music. First curated and premiered on Gabriola Island, the Gulf Islands hold deep significance in our lives. These landscapes—with their trees, cliffs, and sea—serve as both a backdrop and an inspiration for our program. We are able to bring this program to Vancouver and aim to create an intimate experience where music converges with memory, inviting our audience to explore the fragments of their own stories alongside ours. Through Fragments , we invite you to join us on this heartfelt journey—a celebration of connection, heritage, and the timeless beauty of music. PROGRAM Experience a thoughtfully curated recital program that intertwines classical traditions with personal narratives: **Poulenc’s ** Banalités Playful and poignant, these French songs capture fragments of nostalgia and the spirit of wandering—echoing the beauty of the islands. **Andrew Staniland’s ** Peter Quince at the Clavier A contemporary Canadian work reflecting mystery and tension, resonant with the rugged charm of the Gulf Islands. **Peter Lieberson’s ** Rilke Songs A profound setting of Rilke’s poetry exploring memory, introspection, and love, set against the backdrop of Gabriola’s natural beauty. Schubert’s Songs Timeless selections like Der Zwerg and Der Lindenbaum bring universal stories to life, mirroring the wild splendor of the islands. Komitas’s Armenian Songs A deeply personal connection to heritage, these songs honor the enduring vibrancy of Armenian culture and the fragments of ancestry that shape us. ARTISTS Micah Schroeder – Vancouver-born Berlin-based baritone ( www.micahschroeder.com ) | Instagram: @mj.penguino Frances Armstrong – Gabriola-based pianist | Instagram: @francesmadeline Why Fragments Matters This recital is a homecoming for both of us—an intimate performance that reconnects the past with the present, blending fragments of heritage and art in a place that has always been a sanctuary. We hope Fragments resonates deeply the BC community and invites a dialogue between music, memory, and nature. TICKETS Tickets are Pay What You Can – we suggest $30, but have $15 tickets available for those who require them. WHERE WE GO At the Gastown Pub Crawl, we like to include something for everyone. We start out at a bar with a bunch of pub games, we then make our way to a punk rock dive bar with an epic karaoke set up, we then go to 2 party bars with great DJs and then end at a night club with 2 different stages with their own DJs! A GREAT PARTY NEEDS GREAT PEOPLE Awesome hosts make the Gastown Pub Crawl a smash hit.
