With a degree in Education, her passion for teaching and creativity eventually led her to the exciting realm of improv. Since 2013, Jodi has been the driving force behind Bake This, Munich's premier English improv comedy group, where she serves as both Artistic and Managing Director. She’s also the co-founder and teacher at ImproMunichorn School of Business Improv, and the Teams Manager for the 2024 ImproEM. Jodi’s not just a performer, though—she’s a powerhouse of inspiration across Europe.
