The Paris that Catalan creators knew at the beginning of the 20th century was the world capital of modern art and the cradle of avant-garde experimentation. Painters, engravers, illustrators, musicians, interpreters, writers, journalists and other personages embodied their perception of the city of light in works that we can now contemplate together in this major exhibition.

To close the celebration of the forty-five years of spaces 10 and 13, and as an introduction to the commemorative exhibition of the fifty years of the Fundació Joan Miró, we will present three rebuildings of outstanding exhibitions of young female artists from the 1970s and 1980s. We have selected, in chronological order, three representative projects of the Fina Miralles exhibitions (1979), Susana Solano (1980) and Eva Lootz (1986). Between two courtyards refers to the architectural characteristics of the old Espai 10 of the Fundació Miró. Becoming today in the gift shop, the Espai 10 was a diaphanous room with large windows on both sides that overlook the Patio del Olivo and the Patio del Algarrobo.

LA PALABRA SECRETATaller intensivo de entrenamiento actoral A CARGO DE GABRIELA GONZÁLEZ LÓPEZ DIRIGIDO A ACTORES Y CANTANTES Una metodología para iluminar las resonancias ocultas de las palabras y potenciar nuestra presencia y acción escénica. Es ENTRENAMIENTO porque nos enfrentaremos a problemáticas del oficio vinculadas al trabajo con la palabra: Racionalmente, podemos tener una comprensión del texto, como totalidad o fragmentos. Pero, como intérpretes, las resonancias ocultas y personales de las palabras dejan huellas o se interponen en nuestro camino expresivo. Hacer consciente esas resonancias nos abre infinitas posibilidades de autonomía artística. A través de una metodología que articula técnicas corporales y actorales conscientes, procederemos a crear una experiencia de vacío que nos permita entablar una relación sensorial con las palabras trascendiendo el a priori racional. Mediante una serie de ejercicios precisos dejaremos aflorar las resonancias sensoriales y emocionales del texto, mientras desarrollamos la capacidad de auto – observarnos sin juzgar. De este modo, podremos descubrir cómo suenan y cómo se sienten y corporizan, qué son y qué quieren decir esas palabras para nosotros, en nuestro fuero íntimo; cómo es la memoria que esas palabras guardan, que sensaciones nos producen, que potencias despertamos al pensarlas y decirlas. Con la guía de investigación integrada de pensamiento-movimiento y sonido – sensación – emoción, articularemos palabras que nos den sostén escénico, que nos faciliten el emitir, el resonar y el estar vibrantes. No solo las que podemos pronunciar en escena de modo evidente; sino también las que de manera oculta, sutil o invisible puedan circundarnos con toda su potencia creadora y potenciarnos escénicamente. De ahí la idea de palabra secreta (texto pronunciado con el cuerpo, texto que Es en el Cuerpo del Intérprete). REQUISITOS: Asistir con un texto memorizado fielmente a lo escrito. Puede ser una serie de textos de un mismo personaje a lo largo de una obra. Puede ser un soliloquio o monólogo de un personaje en una obra. Puede ser una poesía o letra de una canción de por lo menos 4 estrofas que no se repitan. Duración mínima: media carilla. Duración máxima: una carilla y media. Es importante que sea un texto de otro autor. No se aconseja aprender esta práctica sobre textos propios (aunque sí se puede aplicar luego en ellos). Taller de bordado sobre fotografía Duración total de 3 horas con Maria Silvano A través de este curso enseñaré a los participantes a bordar sobre imágenes en papel para darles un nuevo significado personal. El proyecto final será un bordado realizado directamente sobre una fotografía utilizando puntadas planas y en relieve. El curso incluye una parte introductoria en la que examinaré referencias y proyectos que me inspiraron a coger la aguja y empezar a bordar, una parte teórica en la que se explicarán las técnicas básicas del bordado sobre papel, una parte de diseño y, por último, la realización de un artefacto. Juntos exploraremos diferentes tipos de papel, repasaremos muchos tipos de puntadas con las que crear un muestrario y descubriremos cómo extraer interesantes paletas de colores a partir de una fotografía. No es necesario tener conocimientos previos para realizar este curso, ya que partiremos de lo más básico. Mi trabajo consistirá en mostrar a los participantes paso a paso cómo realizar las puntadas, desde las más básicas hasta las más complejas. Precio 60€ por persona material incluido. Acerca de Maria Silvano licenciada en Antropología Cultural por la Universidad Ca' Foscari de Venecia. Se dedica a la fotografía desde 2007 cuando, como parte de su tesis en Antropología Cultural realizada en España, vivió y fue testigo del trabajo de una comunidad gitana comprometida con la revalorización y preservación de sus orígenes culturales. Desde 2012 vive en Berlín, donde desarrolla su investigación centrada en proyectos de arte participativo y en la exploración de las dinámicas relacionales entre el ser humano y el medio ambiente, el feminismo y la maternidad. Además de la fotografía, su trabajo de investigación abarca diversos medios y técnicas como el bordado, el sonido, la palabra y el vídeo. Colabora habitualmente con el laboratorio para las artes y el pensamiento Station Topolò - Postaja Topolove, el centro cultural de la Universidad de Klagenfurt Unikum, el festival BalkaBarna de Barcelona y el Disruption Network Lab de Berlín. Doctora en Humanitats per la Universitat Pompeu Fabra, ha treballat sobretot en qüestions relacionades amb el gènere, la desigualtat i la tecnologia en el marc de la cultura i de la pràctica audiovisual. Ha estat professora associada a la Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2009-2015), és professora de la Universitat de Girona i de la Universitat de Barcelona, i també convidada a les universitats de València i Rovira i Virgili. Els seus articles s’han publicat al Cultura/s, de La Vanguardia, Público, Quaderns del CAC, L’Avenç i La Jornada, entre altres mitjans. Va comissariar, juntament amb Marta Sureda, l’exposició La dimensió poc coneguda: pioneres del cinema (2014). El seu primer llargmetratge, Casa de ningú (2017), ha estat coproduït per l’Open Society Foundation, el CCCB i Boogaloo Films. A Arcàdia ha publicat L’ull i la navalla (2018) i Fils (2020), juntament amb Marta Segarra. Joan Burdeus(Barcelona, 1989) és graduat en filosofia per la Universitat de Barcelona i comunicació audiovisual per la Universitat Ramon Llull. Ha estat el redactor en cap de la sèrie documental Lògic: Arxiu Cultural, de Betevé. També ha realitzat diversos projectes de ficció com a guionista i director, com ara el curtmetratge Trobar-te (2018), seleccionat en diversos festivals, o la websèrie Welcome to Berlin, finalista del Festival Zoom Igualada 2017. Joan Safont(Mataró, 1984) és llicenciat en Dret a la Universitat Pompeu Fabra i màster en Periodisme Avançat i Reporterisme a la Universitat Ramon Llull. El 2012 va presentar el llibre Per França i Anglaterra: La Primera Guerra Mundial dels aliadòfils catalans. El 2014 va comissariar l'exposició Eugeni Xammar: el periodista que ens va explicar el món, del Palau Robert. Recentment ha signat un pròleg per la nova edició de Des dels turons a l'altra banda del riu, el llibre de presó del MHP Jordi Pujol, i ha publicat l’Estiu passat a l’editorial Comanegra.
