Zum Aufwärmen der „Sternfalz“, danach das Leporello, eine Streckung und mehreren Versionen der Rückstichheftung. Am Ende erstellen wir einen Kartonschuber, in dem die vielen Hefte gesammelt werden können. Die Techniken sind alle geeignet für das Arbeiten mit Kindern in Schule und Hort. Sun. We will warm up with the zinefold, followed by the fanfold and several versions of saddle stitching. At the end we will create a cardboard slipcase in which the many booklets can be collected. The techniques are all ideal for working with children in schools and after-school care centers. Nach ihrem Bachelorabschluss als Kommunkationsdesignerin 2018 hat sie ein Fernstudium in Buchgeschichte an Lund Universität (Schweden) gemacht und ein Praktikum an der Buchbinderei Klünder, Berlin, absolviert. Im Jahr 2021 hat sie bei der digitalen Plattform The Yellow Elefant angefangen Kurse in Buchgestaltung und Zeichnung für Kinder online zu geben. Julia Fabricius (born 1993 in Gothenburg, Sweden) works as a book designer and illustrator and assists in a book bindery. She moved to Berlin from New York more than 7 years ago, where she was studying fine arts and art history at Brooklyn College. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Design in 2018, and after that, she studied book history at Lund University, Sweden, and did an internship at Buchbinderei Klünder, Berlin. Born and bred in London and now based on the south coast of England in the city of Brighton he has spent over 20 years becoming a global circuit comedian. In that time he has performed all over the UK and in many European countries such as Germany, Spain, Ireland, Hungary, Poland, France, Denmark and Norway. He has also done shows in the USA, Canada and frequents Southeast Asia, regularly touring in Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, The Philippines and Japan. He has also toured multiple solo shows at the Edinburgh and Adelaide Fringe Festivals, New Zealand and Melbourne International Comedy Festivals, all over Australia and the inaugural Hollywood Fringe Festival in Los Angeles, all to critical acclaim. His confident, amiable and energetic style of comedy is quick to build rapport, as he talks about subjects as wide-ranging as human nature, his experiences in The Antipodes, Europe and Asia, his knowledge of wildlife, superheroes, current affairs and his mixed-race upbringing in North West London. His mother is English and his father is from the Caribbean island of Barbados. As well as becoming one of the most professional acts on the comedy circuit, his versatility has also made him a much sought after compere. Herzlich Willkommen zum Slam&Drang! Poetry Slam ist ein modernes und buntes Liveliteraturformat, bei dem Menschen mit selbst verfassten Texten gegeneinander antreten. Wer den Sieg nach Hause tragen darf, entscheidet einzig und allein das Publikum. Nachwuchs ist das Herz dieses wandelbaren Formats und junge Talente brauchen Bühnen. Deshalb heißt Kunst&Krawall alle zwei Monate junge Poet*innen und alle, die zum ersten Mal den Fuß auf eine Slambühne setzen wollen, in der Alten Feuerwache (Marchlewskistraße 6, Friedrichshain) willkommen. About this courseThis is a painting workshop with the goal of teaching people how to create paintings using either oil colors or acrylics. The total subject lessons consists of around 27 lessons that last 2.5 hours each. You can join at any time during the course. On each lesson the first part will be about theory and exercise and the second one about canvas time. Each participant will have the chance to work on canvas and start making paintings as artworks. All materials are provided by us. Each lesson has a subject. We do not follow a particular order, and every lesson is actually unique and many times personalized. This means that every time the attendess will have to do something new and different. You do not have to paint on canvas and with the mentioned art materials, you can also choose to use any of your wish. Most of the observations and exercises work well with all art materials. It is suitable for beginners and or even professionals who want to rationalize the canvas painting process. It is being hosted by the visual artist Miltos Despoudis. Die Kiezpoeten Slam Show ist die großartigste Lesebühne, die die Berliner Poetry Slam Szene hervorgebracht hat – sagen die Kiezpoeten. Für alle, die neugierig sind: ein Abend, bei dem zu live gespielter schottisch-irischer Musik getanzt wird. Vorkenntnisse nicht nötig, jeder Tanz wird vorher vom Caller der Ceilidh-Band erklärt. Kommt und tanzt, wie ihr seid, egal wie alt, egal ob allein oder mit Freund:innen, ob mit oder ohne Partner:in – es gibt Tänze in allen möglichen Formationen, von zwei über drei bis acht bis viele, und zu jedem Tanz wird aufgerufen, wieviele gefragt sind. Ein Ceilidh ist sehr kontaktfreundlich und ein schöner Weg, neue Leute kennenzulernen. Die Musik ist sehr energetisch und gibt selbst dem schwierigsten Tag einen guten Ausklang. Vorsicht!
