RUN with a Recruiter (RWAR) is now on tour! This RWAR tour stop will be in District 1 and will commence from Calgary Parking Authority lot 74, located at 656 Confluence Way SE. There is free parking on the street until the conclusion of the session. Spring is here, and RWAR is going on tour throughout the city until the end of September. This will give participants an experience in all eight districts within the city, an opportunity to connect with police officers that serve in those districts, get in a workout, and meet other like-minded people interested in a policing career. Participants will be greeted at the meeting point and complete waivers at 5:30 a.m. The RWAR session will commence at 6 a.m. and will accommodate all fitness levels. Each session is led by Sgt. Join us on Thursday, June 5 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at EAT (Eighth Avenue Trattoria) for an evening of great food, cold drinks, and community spirit, all in support of the Alberta Cancer Foundation . Your $25 ticket (plus service fee) includes a free welcome drink from our exciting event sponsor and delicious pizza , with additional drinks, snacks, and macarons available for purchase throughout the evening. Whether you stop by for a quick cheers or stay the whole night, there’s plenty to enjoy. Expect all your favorite fundraising fun, including a live auction , silent auction running all evening , a 50/50 raffle , and more!
