Come join us once again as we start at THE LOS ANGELES FIRE DEPARTMENT MUSEUM (1355 N. Cahuenga Blvd, Hollywood, CA.), travel along the coast end up at the Sagebrush Cantina. Registration starts at 0800 hrs, ceremonies start at 0900 hrs with KSU at 1000 hrs. Travel with us as we go down Sunset Blvd as the four Fire Stations we pass provide a presentation, ride to PCH and along the coast and back inland to our final destination of the Sage Brush Cantina (23527 Calabasas rd., Calabasas) for music/ luncheon and fund raising to benefit the Widows, Orphans, and Disabled Firemen’s Fund. All are welcome! If ya can’t make the ride meet us at the Sagebrush for the luncheon, Music, and fund raising! Be there at 1200 to watch the riders come in!! The fundraising event at the Sagebrush Cantina starts at 1200 pm. Join us for an afternoon of FUN!! Riders and NON-Riders are ALL WELCOME!

Rebuild Los Angeles
edition brings together built environment professionals, technologists, and others to develop innovative solutions and help those effected by the recent fires.
This special edition unites Los Angeles locals with the global AEC Hackathon community and construction experts from Europe to create cost-effective, sustainable, and resilient rebuilding strategies. CAMP PANTHERS 2025 | Pilgrim School

Camp Panthers returns for the summer of 2025. Camp Panthers, originating out of the need for childcare during the summer months, has developed into a program serving students entering Kindergarten through 5th Grade. The camp is run by the Play Team of Pilgrim School with support from High School Students.
Camp is offered in 6 one-week sessions from June 23rd - August 1st. A typical day for campers includes a daily, two-hour academic component designed to review and preview learning targets from the previous and coming school year. The academic component of our summer program is taught by experienced Pilgrim teachers. The rest of the day is filled with music, sports, crafts, games, art, drama, water play and so much more! Camp Pathers is designed to give campers a great day camp experience!

will lead film workshops and screenings featuring filmmakers from their collective from 12:00pm to 2:30pm.
Espiral Collective
Espiral Collective showcases inspiring films, documentaries, narratives, and experimental films from local filmmakers all around Southern California in various locations. Their hope for these “screenings on wheels” is to provide a space where filmmakers can speak on their past and present projects and to allow a space for community and networking.

The Death Cafe
A monthly informal gathering to discuss all things related to death and dying with tea and refreshments
The DEATH CAFE, hosted by Elizabeth Gill Lui and The Philosophical Research Society, is a regular gathering of small groups interested in sharing in discussions about all things related to death and dying held on the third Thursday and fourth Saturday of each month. The focus will be open-ended and will follow whatever direction a spontaneous conversation may lead. It is informal, without expectation, and open to all.
The Death Cafe will also bring lightness to the gathering by
serving tea and refreshments
. Admission is free of charge but there is a suggested donation of $10 towards the nonprofit Philosophical Research Society.
The Death Cafe is part of a growing international movement of people who desire to reevaluate and transform our cultural relationship to death. Since September 2011, Death Cafes have spread quickly across Europe, North America, Australia and Asia. As of today, there are 14,409 Death Cafes in 81 countries. It includes many people who are committed to a healthier approach to dying, death and burial, including green burials and alternatives to the problematic practices of the traditional funeral industry.

The Core DJs Worldwide is the premier coalition for DJs, boasting a membership of over 500 of the nation’s most influential DJs, as well as international DJ talent.
Today, there are several other DJ coalitions, many of which are inspired by the movement and work of The Core DJs Worldwide. While we are represented in almost every DJ coalition, we still hold the title of the largest DJ coalition in the world!
The Core DJs Worldwide continue to be the leading coalition for DJs with a membership exceeding 500. We have produced successful Core Retreats once or twice a year in several markets, including Miami, FL (7 times), St. Louis, MO, Houston, TX (2 times), Atlanta, GA (8 times), New Orleans (2 times), Dallas (2 times), Myrtle Beach, SC, Las Vegas (3 times), Jackson, MS, New York, NY, Los Angeles (3 times), Phoenix, AZ, Raleigh, NC, and counting.
