Welcome to Sound Connection Circle - Tunes and Truths! Join us at Joanna Grace Music for an evening of authentic relating, sound healing and connection. This event is all about coming together Friday, Feb 7 for a guided relaxation and an immersive sound healing to feel connected and grounded in your own body and experience. We’ll play some Authentic Relating exercises for active listening, personal expression, sharing in pairs and cultivating positive energy in the group. Come as you are, and allow yourself to be curious and open-minded and pleasantly surprised in relating to others through facilitated exercises. Sound Connection Circles blend Authentic Relating with Sound Healing! Authentic Relating is coming-as-you-are to be curious about yourselves and others with the invitation to participate in facilitated exercises for your own personal healing, self-expression and in relating with others. Sound Healing is intentional sound (sharing your speaking voice, silence and occasional sound healing “tones” with your voice and listening) to promote healing and wellbeing within yourselves and in connection with others. No prior knowledge needed and everything will be guided and facilitated. We intend to bring ourselves to the present moment, aside of judgements we may have about ourselves or others and instead enjoy common experiences among friends.
