It is suitable for teachers working in various swimming pools, including those with deeper water. To be eligible for NRASTC LIGHT, candidates must meet certain criteria. They must be at least 16 years old at the time of assessment and demonstrate specific swimming skills, such as swimming 50 meters, performing a surface dive to the deepest part of the pool, and climbing out of the pool without assistance. Additionally, candidates must complete the required guided learning hours and pass the course assessment.
