这家我是事先email预订的，吃了前一顿让司机拉到这里走一个，有一个挺漂亮的花园，那时候觉得已经热的受不了，反观现在的魔都，这40度的高温就没有下来过，那时我已经瀑布汗了，而且他家一楼全靠自然风，二楼才有空调，不过我也是懒得上楼了。看服务员的脸一个个都很稚嫩，不会是童工吧。翻了翻介绍说是跟慈善有关，会帮助一些流浪儿还有边缘少年等，也是挺好的。会有免费的柠檬水，我要了一份smoothie，很浓稠的berry打发，还有点酸。点了大名鼎鼎的红蚂蚁牛肉，算是必点招牌，小伙伴看着眼睛都闭上了，我拍好照后气定神闲的吃了几个红蚂蚁还有牛肉，酸甜为主，吃不出特别的味道，边上还有些nuts，搅拌一下更佳。汤品的颜色很西式，是南瓜和菠菜，像一下这橙红色和绿色就会觉得这个会不会match啊，好在味道还不错，里面还放了些黑豆，蛮绵密的清甜口感，比较自然。慢炖猪肋排配碰过萝卜色拉，算是主菜，也是必点招牌之一，肋排量可以的，数了一下有6大块，味道很浓郁因为上面的酱很浓，搭配色拉就清口了些。春卷，吃了一个觉得再饱也能赛一个，口感真心不错，是芋头口味，炸得透透的，所以表皮酥松内在柔和，搭配的是柑橘姜sauce，酸甜感带出了，芋头那种香糯的味道也是遮不住的。香兰芒果糯米饭，东南亚特色，芒果选的很好，每一片都很甜 ，几个食材搭配在一起总是挺好吃的，况且色彩还那么出挑。之后还送了些水果，有红毛丹，蛮好的，吃吃聊聊天再泡一壶茶，小环境可以，性价比也还ok。

marum是家非常有名的餐厅，和租车司机提到之后他立马就自带导航的开了过来。特色是与公益事业相结合，帮助街头儿童与边缘青年。餐厅服务生在门口迎接，同样是花园式餐厅，有露天景观位和室内就餐两种选择。一楼没有空调，墙上的画都是那些街头儿童的作品，红椅绿墙，满满的爱意。不容错过的是红蚂蚁牛肉，采用的是真的红蚂蚁，上桌之后有点毛骨悚然，蚂蚁完整的呈现在牛肉旁边，不过搅拌过后也就不慌张了，尝一口，肉有嚼劲，略有些辣，蚂蚁基本上融入肉之中，几乎感觉不到它的口感，调味料放的有些多，浓郁的酱香味。加上花生碎末与坚果，倒也确实是当地特色。第二道推荐的特色菜是慢炖猪肋排配苹果萝卜沙拉，六大块猪肋排摆放在整齐，肉质很酥嫩易切，口感略带当地香草味，沙拉里还有笋香味。一份南瓜汤搭配菠菜、黑豆，都是比较新颖的食材搭配，甜甜糯糯的，还不错。芋头春卷是比较特别的，外酥内热，蘸取柑橘姜沙司，一口咬下去还能闻到芋头的香味。香茅芒果糯米饭，色面漂亮，芒果切的刚刚好，甜度合适，将香茅汁滴在糯米饭上再享用，一口入嘴能尝到香茅的香甜口感，不得不说在食材的选用搭配上，marum有些与众不同，有点意思。点上一壶marum自制茶水，没啥口感，同友人聊上许久，也正好可以避开这夏日炎炎的午后在外暴晒，最后红蚂蚁牛肉虽然是没有吃完，不过还是值得推荐的，记得晚市一定要预约。
