I am pleasantly stunned by the level of service at this mansion. Throughout my 4 days, 3 nights stay here - my fiance and myself have felt taken care of like we've never experienced before. Service with a smile, attentiveness at a level beyond imagination. Some examples (i) had a mini buffet line line day for breakfast, and I saw the staff taking out some fresh papaya, I told my fiancé to be ready and grab them as it's her favourite, the staff came by and asked if w we'd live some fresh cut papaya and she had it delivered to us. (ii) Had a nice sit down by the pool, a staff came by and offered complimentary honey lemon tea and fresh cut apple (iii) got a birthday cake on late arrival back to the property (iv) they take feedback seriously here - made a pleasant remark regarding the laksa served during breakfast - seemed like the entire crew are aware of it prior to the grand send-off on check out.
I don't think I'd ever find another accomodation that offer services at this level, oh and our room is clean spacious and smell good throughout our stay! I miss all them already, wish to come back again

Awesome stay at Khmer Mansion residences, Siem Reap. Our second floor room was spacious and nicely decorated with Khmer artefacts. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel provided one-way tuk tuk service to the city center, which we found very convenient. Not forgetting to mention, when we return from a trip, we were greeted with cold towel and glass of water. This is truly a great gesture.

Amazing hotel. Great service. The guys in the hotel are very attentive and always ready to help and advise. The staff is the gem of the hotel. You can use the tuk-tuk. Delicious breakfasts and a very good swimming pool. The atmosphere is of comfort and home. Here, you can enjoy the beauty and identity of the culture and nature.

This was by far the best hotel and service experience I have ever had! Staff greets you and even sends you off with farewell. Breakfast buffet so amazing. And when I wasn’t feeling well they even made me special oatmeal I requested for free. The rooms are so nice and artistic, beds so comfy. The mango wrap was so nice and includes massage and snacks. I would love to come back! Check out the New Dream of Cambodia Children School which is the only free school by donation. And also check out the Phare Circus. Of course temples but Beng Mealea temple is a less touristy hidden gem!

This is the best service and hotel i had stayed during our 18 days Asian trip. They upgraded our room to president suite without our request and free charge., beautiful lotus flower every where,
The service is far beyond our expectations .They even remembered our names, favourite drinks ,each time we backed to the hotel always had a cool towel and smile staffs greeting at the lobby .

I loved this hotel. It was centrally located and the atmosphere was fantastic. The staff was super attentive and the happy hour deals were awesome. Pub Street within working distance but they have a complimentary tuk tuk service.
