Mandabatmaz may only be about ten square meters, but it is crowded. The old man has been using an old coffee pot to make coffee on a gas stove, and he does it in one go. I asked him what the secret of good coffee is, and he said it is because they have not expanded their scale for decades, insisting on doing all the steps from roasting beans to grinding powder to production by themselves. This plain and persistent daily life eventually polishes out the taste that remains in everyone's memory.
