Brand new place, a little bit far away from historic center of the city but you will be rewarded by amazing views at Golden Horn. The rooms are really spacious and well equipped. The public areas are impressive. Breakfast offers a spectacular variety. The team is multilingual and professional. Great value for money

For sure one of the best hotels I ever booked here. The reason that I could not give a full 5-rating is that the infinity pool has on the edge a lot of bird’s ****.
Otherwise the room, restaurants, pool service, reception and concierge are on top level. Late check-out was approved with a smile.
The only nagging: I asked for a quiet room, but got one near the hotel’s tennis court and a re-construction site.

Everything about rixos tersane hotel is just exceptional.
The staff is so polite helpful and welcoming.
They made our stay exceptional staying at the hotel was just like a dream. We love how they arranged work shop for the kids for the whole day.
i really can not describe how much we loved every minute of our stay in the hotel and how we loved the everyone in the staff espically Mr.Volkan who was really helpful with our stay if we decide to stay again in the hotel it is beacuse of Mr.Volkan, he’s so welcoming thoughtful and kind person thank you very much for your service.
And thank you to the lovely amazing wonderful Ms. Kayan and Ms. Shayma thank you for being so kind and wonderful with our baby and the recommendation for kids activities.
The property is beautiful and the service was impeccable. Appreciated their focus on safety and comfort.
restaurants were terrific and offered different experiences. Spa facilities are exceptional with great service.

When going to Istanbul, I came across this hotel in Rilsa, got interested and decided to celebrate New Year 2025 there. Never regretted it. A stunning new product of the highest level. Aesthetics and comfort - that's about it. Rooms, restaurants, lobby, territory - everything is in style. I recommend not to pass by the Magnolia Bakery, located on the territory. They serve banana pudding there, it's delicious.

I enjoyed my stay in Rixos Tersane for many reasons including: -the design of the hotel which is inspired by Cruise 🚢 -the height and length of lobby’s sealing makes me feel comfortable and relaxed If you looking for special experience for your vacation then Rixos Tersane is the best hotel for it, you will enjoy the design of the hotel and you will have a unique experience as I did… Do not miss the delicious Breakfast The hotel located in huge project and will be expanding soon as i have heard Too sum upI would like to thank HR department for great work of employing the right staff in the right place… everyone in hotel was professional and they always smiles and support us… special thanks to Mr Fatih Ozaydin in Velnena and Mr Emmanuel for quick check in 🌹

We went for brunch. Lobby, decorations ambiance was top level. For the brunch; great service, smiling employees, very rich selection of food, exceptional taste. We were stuffed with food and drinks. Beliz were very kind and welcoming. We would love to come again ❤️

We stayed here for 1 night for a new years eve party , this place is beautiful and our suite was amazing as well , the service was excellent for a newley opened hotel, new years day they had a beautiful brunch buffet which was one of nicest ive seen in Istanbul
