Rixos Tersane Istanbul

Brand new place, a little bit far away from historic center of the city but you will be rewarded by amazing views at Golden Horn. The rooms are really spacious and well equipped. The public areas are impressive. Breakfast offers a spectacular variety. The team is multilingual and professional. Great value for money

It was a bad experience. The hotel is not fully completed. There’s construction everywhere. The rooms aren’t clean and the balcony is full of dust. The service in the breakfast is worst. There was only one waiter to serve and it took almost 20mins to get my coffee. It looked like we had to chase the waiter for any orders. The hospitality level is zero. Would not stay here or any Rixos chain ever.

New hotel on Golden Horn with excellent service, very good breakfast and good rooms. 2 restaurants with good variety of food.

For sure one of the best hotels I ever booked here. The reason that I could not give a full 5-rating is that the infinity pool has on the edge a lot of bird’s ****. Otherwise the room, restaurants, pool service, reception and concierge are on top level. Late check-out was approved with a smile. The only nagging: I asked for a quiet room, but got one near the hotel’s tennis court and a re-construction site.

Everything about rixos tersane hotel is just exceptional. The staff is so polite helpful and welcoming. They made our stay exceptional staying at the hotel was just like a dream. We love how they arranged work shop for the kids for the whole day. i really can not describe how much we loved every minute of our stay in the hotel and how we loved the everyone in the staff espically Mr.Volkan who was really helpful with our stay if we decide to stay again in the hotel it is beacuse of Mr.Volkan, he’s so welcoming thoughtful and kind person thank you very much for your service. And thank you to the lovely amazing wonderful Ms. Kayan and Ms. Shayma thank you for being so kind and wonderful with our baby and the recommendation for kids activities. The property is beautiful and the service was impeccable. Appreciated their focus on safety and comfort. restaurants were terrific and offered different experiences. Spa facilities are exceptional with great service. Definitely recommend the hotel 2000%
