Changchun Jixi Building is located in the west courtyard of Changchun Puppet Manchu Palace, a two-story gray old-fashioned building, formerly the office building of Jiheiyun Transportation Bureau. In 1932, the last emperor of the Qing Dynasty, Aixinjueluo Puyi, soon after he took office in the pseudo-Manzhou state, moved here, and since then, this extremely ordinary building has become the bedding palace of Puyi and his later, concubine. Puyi named it "Junxi Building".
