At the end of March, I visited six parks in Kohoku New Town with my walking friends. The last time I visited was this park. The Yayoi period ruins were on a small hill near the subway center north station. The ruins were surrounded by moats, and in addition to the ruins that were stored in the state of excavation, there were several restored pit-type residences inside. I was deeply moved to learn that there is such a place in Yokohama that has a long history since the Yayoi period.
It is an archaeological park adjacent to the Yokohama History Museum. There are many highlights such as the former Mizo tomb site, the restored residence of the Yayoi period, and the relocated private house in the Edo period. The promenade was also complete, so it was a very good place to take a walk while apologizing for the distant old days.

High recovery い
This ruins suddenly appear in the city, but they are well restored and can be studied as a set with the adjacent history museum.
