A great Kaiseki meal at Oshima, Yokohama

#cherryblossom2024 Located at Tokyo Bay Hotel at Minato Mirai, Yokohama, this restaurant called Oshima serves fine and delicate Kaiseki meals, full course. Each and every single item is prepared in a very nice and delicate manner, and the ingredients used is sourced fresh on that day. We had an 8 course meal consists of appetizers, soup, sashimi, main course, tempura, soy sauce stew, rice amd desserts, and the taste is very fresh and you can feel the original freshness in all items. You can really feel the craftmen spirit in each of the dishes, and I will definitely visit again if I ever visit Yokohama again.
