Huanyan Temple of Xi'an

Huayan Zongzuting-Huayan Temple. It may be that the location is relatively biased. As the Huayan Temple of the Six Great Zutings in Xi'an, it seems a bit down and there are few people! Maybe people who have faith in Buddhism will worship.

The temple is not big. In Chang'an County, Xi'an, built on the mountain, it is Huayan Zongzuting. Although the popularity is not very strong, it has a mysterious, solemn and quiet feeling. It is still worth a visit.

Huayan Temple is located in Shaolingyuan, Chang'an District, Xi'an. It is the ancestral court of Huayan Zong, one of the eight Buddhist ancestrals. Huayan Temple is built on the mountain, because of the steep terrain, unlike the monasteries that are symmetrical with traditional axes. The mountain gate is built on the west side of the monasteries that are generally parallel to the monasteries.

Inside there are palaces, living rooms, Chateau and so on. See the magic weapon to connect with all living beings. Although the palaces are small, they are pure, solemn and full of dignity. And the Dharma-keepers are still working hard to clean up. Perhaps in the mountains, there are not many visitors. Fortunately, incense is constantly burning, and piety, good faith around the tower, with joy and praise. Unlike other monasteries, the first one is the Seeing Tower, and then the Palace. The monastery is being renovated. We hope that it will be renovated better and reproduce the splendor of Huayan ancestral courtyard.

Huayan Zongzuting got off at 917 Road in the TV Tower and got off at Chang'an Normal School according to the roadside signs. On the Shaoling Plateau, because of the collapse and landslide of the Ming Dynasty, there are only two masonry towers of the first group and four groups of national teachers left in the temple. The monastery is being built and visitors can enter and leave at will. Two brick towers, one is pavilion type and the other is eaves type, are precious preservation of ancient architecture.

In mid-January, Xi'an's air quality was not very good. It was still on the itinerary to Huayan Temple on Shaoling Temple. Now Huayan Temple is repaired in a narrow and open ground about 400 meters long and 60 meters wide on the half slope of Shaoling Temple. It is limited to the narrow and long geography. It is recorded that there were Dongge Fatang, Huisheng Temple and the first ancestor Du Shun Mage Ling Pagoda, the second ancestor Zhixuan Mage Ling Pagoda, the third ancestor Xianshou Mage Ling Pagoda, the fourth ancestor Chengguan Mage Ling Pagoda, the fifth ancestor Mi Mage Ling Pagoda and the true tower in Guhuayan Temple.
