Juntao Art Academy

Juntao Art Institute was built by Tongxiang Municipal Government to thank the famous contemporary calligraphy, painting and seal engraver, Mr. Qian Juntao, the vice president of Xiling Seal Society, for his patriotism and love for his hometown. It was officially opened in 1987. The Juntao Art Institute has collected fine cultural relics such as paintings, seals and other cultural relics donated by Mr. Qian Juntao. Juntao Art Institute is famous for its collection of seals of Zhao Zhiqian, Wu Changshuo, Huang Mufu and other richest people in China, so it has the reputation of "a bright artistic pearl in the Yangtze River Delta". The courtyard is lush with green grass and lush trees. A bust of Mr. Qian Juntao is hidden in the green trees, with a natural Taihu stone behind it. The corresponding building is simple, elegant and unique. It closely combines the traditional Chinese central axis building and the courtyard building, which not only reflects the traditional style, but also has local characteristics and the spirit of the times. The exhibition hall is divided into upper and lower floors. The upper exhibition hall is dedicated to displaying Mr. Qian Juntao's calligraphy, painting and seal cutting products; In addition, there are lecture halls, restaurants and four sets of superior rooms, etc.
