Yaozhou Kiln Museum is located in Huangbao Town, Wangyi District, Tongchuan City. It is the site of Yaozhou Kiln Site, a national key cultural relic protection unit. Yaozhou Kiln Museum is 80 kilometers south of Xi'an and 75 kilometers north of the Yellow Emperor's Mausoleum. It currently houses more than 500,000 pieces of cultural relics. It is a large-scale ancient ceramic site museum that integrates site protection and display, collection and display of cultural relics specimens, simulated ancient ceramic craft demonstrations, sightseeing and tourism, and ceramic art production. It is now a national 3A-level tourist area.

Yaozhou Kiln is one of the six famous kilns in ancient China, as famous as Ding, Ru, Guan, Ge and Jun kilns. It is the main production area of ​​celadon in the north. Its products were listed as tribute in the Song Dynasty. Yaozhou Kiln was founded in the Tang Dynasty, developed in the Five Dynasties, flourished in the Northern Song Dynasty, continued in the Jin Dynasty, and finally in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty. The history of continuous ceramic production lasted for more than 800 years. Its representative product, the Song Dynasty carved celadon, is known as the "crown of carved celadon in northern China" and is unique in the treasure house of ancient Chinese ceramic culture and art. The current Yaozhou Kiln Ancient Site "Shili Kiln Field" has left behind extremely rich and precious porcelain workshops, kiln site relics and Yao porcelain cultural relics.

The Yaozhou Kiln Museum Site Relics Exhibition consists of three protected halls: "Tang Dynasty Sancai Workshops and Kilns", "Song Dynasty Porcelain Workshops and Kilns" and "Jin Dynasty Porcelain Workshops Group", which intuitively and vividly display the production scale and process flow of the kiln. The main hall's basic exhibition is divided into three parts and seven exhibition rooms. The "Yaozhou Kiln History Exhibition" exhibits more than a thousand cultural relics, reflecting the glorious firing history of the kiln; the "Demonstration Participation Room" allows visitors to participate in ceramic production; the "Reference Research Room" exhibits more than a thousand specimens of various types for professionals and college teachers and students to practice and for relevant experts and scholars to compare and study. In addition, the Ceramics Center also demonstrates the entire ceramic production process, where tourists can play with clay and make pottery by themselves. The Attraction provides a firing service, and you can fire your own works as a souvenir.
