The Samaranch Memorial Hall covers an overall area of 216 mu, with a construction area of about 1.9 10,000 square meters, and the exhibition area is 4,000 square meters, extending in a slow slope. There is no ladder in the whole process, providing barrier-free space for elderly and inconvenient visitors. The main building presents two circular intersecting effects, one is to commemorate the 2008 Beijing Olympics in the shape of "8"; the second is the "S" shape represents the first letter of Samaranch's name; the third is that the shape symbolizes infinite development and eternal meaning. The building uses a circular and circular ramp design, combining two buildings and three sinking courtyards, with these five circles representing the Olympic rings, symbolizing the Olympic movement to unite the five continents.

The Samaranch Memorial Hall is located in the West Health Industrial Park of Tuanbo New Town, Jinghai District, Tianjin City, China, and opened to the public on April 21, 2013. Founded by Mr. Wu Jingguo, Executive Member of the International Olympic Committee and President of the International Boxing Association, the memorial is the only venue in the world to commemorate Mr. Samaranch and spread the Olympic spirit with the authorization of the Samaranch family and the approval of the International Olympic Committee. Samaranch Memorial Hall is now a member of the International Olympic Museum Alliance, a member of the Chinese Museum Association, and a national AAAA-level scenic spot.
The Jinghai District Tuanbo Lake has a large area of Samaranch Memorial Hall, which commemorates the legendary life of former IOC President Mr. Samaranch, including personal belongings and various commemorative medals collected. The 60 yuan ticket for the tour is still worth it.
The Tianjin Samaranch Memorial Hall is the only venue in the world to commemorate Mr. Samaranch and spread the Olympic spirit, authorized by the Samaranch family and approved by the International Olympic Committee. The memorial was founded by Mr. Wu Jingguo, executive member of the International Olympic Committee and president of the International Boxing Association. Mr. Wu Jingguo served as a member of the International Olympic Committee for more than 20 years. He established a deep friendship with Mr. Samaranch. Mr. Samaranch gave more than 16578 pieces of his life collection. The establishment of the Samaranch Memorial Hall, a dear friend, has given the world a place to remember and admire the great Olympic man and has left a witness to the history of the Olympic Games.
The attraction is located in the western district of Tuanbo New Town, Jinghai County, covering a large area, not many tourists, mainly introducing some of the former Olympic Committee president's deeds.
