Anshan Temple

Anshan Temple is located in Sizhang Town, Sishui County, a famous eco-tourism town with beautiful scenery. It is a national 3A-level tourist area. The Anshan Scenic Area is divided into five areas: the entrance landscape area, the Anshan temple landscape area, the comprehensive service area, the leisure fitness area, the mountain forest sightseeing area and other tourist attractions. This place enjoys the name of "Anshan Spring Show" and is one of the ten scenic spots in Sishui. The newly repaired Anshan Temple has more than 20 rooms, including the Shanmen, Tianwang Hall, Daxiong Hall, Jialan Hall, Zushi Hall, Huatuo Hall, and Zen Room. The temple was approved by the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Ethnic and Religious Affairs as a legal place for religious activities in 2005 and is open to the public. On April 3, 2005, the chairman of the Buddhist Association of Shandong Province, Monk Juezhao, and other great monks held a grand consecration ceremony on the Buddha statues in Anshan Temple. There are two thousand-year-old ginkgo trees known as "giant pandas" in the temple, two high-quality natural underground fountains, Longjin Spring and Pearl Spring, which do not dry up all year round.
