The Shambhala Natural Buddha is almost the highest point that tourists can reach in the Balagezong Scenic Area. From the 2,000-meter altitude at the entrance of the scenic spot to the 4,250-meter altitude of the Shambhala Buddha, the Panshan Highway will take more than an hour.
